Description
様々な被験体が再使用する電極キャリアは、臨床環境において徹底的な洗浄及び滅菌を必要とする。
これにより、反り可能部材が長手方向にねじれることが防止され、それによって、複数の非伸縮性部分間の横方向の角度安定性が向上する。
電極ライニングは予め製造することができ、したがって制御された、オペレータに依存しない、そして再現可能な電極特性を提供できる。
このことにより、接触パッドからの電気信号を処理又は前処理してローカルでモニターすることが可能になる。さらに、パターンが検出されたときに接触パッドから被験者及び/又は担当スタッフに電気信号の状態を示すために、LEDなどの視覚的信号伝達手段、又はビープ音などの可聴信号伝達手段を基板上に収容することができる。

Claims (21)
- 可撓性の基板と、
基板表面に取り付けられた複数の接触パッドであって、各接触パッドが、電気生理測定用の電極を収容するための導電性手段を含む、複数の接触パッドと、
前記基板に取り付けられて、前記接触パッドと信号処理装置とを通信可能に接続する第1の接続手段と、
を具備する電気生理測定用の電極キャリアであって、
前記第1の接続手段は、前記基板表面上に、前記複数の接触パッドを電気的に接続するための複数の導電性トラックを備え、前記導電性トラックのそれぞれは少なくとも1つの前記接触パッドに対応し、
前記基板は、前記接触パッドを収容するための少なくとも2つの非伸長可能部分を有し、
前記少なくとも2つの非伸長可能部分は、伸長可能部分によって相互接続されており、
前記伸長可能部分の各々は、可撓性材料からなる少なくとも1つの反り可能部材を含み、
前記反り可能部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記導電性トラックのうちの少なくとも1つを収容し、
前記少なくとも1つの反り可能部材は、前記基板のV字型部分を含み、
前記伸長可能部分は、それぞれV字型部分を有する4つの反り可能部材を含み、該4つの反り可能部材はX字型に配置されており、
前記4つの反り可能部材は、2つの直列接続された反り可能部材の2つの並列接続されたストリングにグループ化され、前記2つの直列接続された反り可能部材の中央部分が相互接続部材を用いて相互接続されている、ことを特徴とする電極キャリア。 - 前記基板が可撓性材料の単一シートから形成されている、請求項1記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記基板の前記非伸長可能部分のうちの少なくとも1つには2つの接触パッドが設けられ、前記基板の少なくとも1つの他の前記非伸長可能部分には1つの接触パッドが設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記接触パッドには、電気生理測定のための取り外し可能な電極を取り付けるための第2の接続手段が設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記接触パッドのうちの少なくとも1つは、電気生理測定のための1つ以上の電極ライニングを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触パッドには乾電極ライニングが設けられている、請求項5記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触パッドには湿電極ライニングが設けられている、請求項6記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触パッドが導電性ゲルライニング又は導電性ヒドロゲルライニングを含む、請求項5記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記導電性ゲルライニング又は導電性ヒドロゲルライニングが接着材料を含む、請求項8記載の電極キャリア。
- 導電性ゲル又は導電性ヒドロゲルは粘着性であり、及び/又は高タック性を有する、請求項9記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接触パッドは、前記電極ライニングを露出させるための開口部を備えた接着層を周囲に有する、請求項5乃至10のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 少なくとも1つの電極ライニングを覆う導電性の接着層をさらに含む、請求項5乃至10のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記接着層が、取外し可能なカバー層によって覆われている、請求項11又は12記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記導電性トラックが、金属、導電性プラスチック材料、及び金属含有インクのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される導電性材料を含む、請求項1乃至13のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記導電性トラックが少なくとも部分的に絶縁層によって覆われている、請求項1乃至14のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記電極キャリアが電磁シールド層によって覆われている、請求項1乃至15のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記電磁シールド層が前記導電性トラックのうちのいずれか1つに接続されている、請求項16記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記第1の接続手段が、端子を有するコネクタを含み、前記端子が前記導電性トラックに電気的に接続されている、請求項1乃至17のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記第1の接続手段が、前記導電性トラックに接続された信号処理手段を含み、前記信号処理手段は、前記接触パッドからの電気信号を取り込み且つ処理する手段を含む、請求項1乃至18のいずれか記載の電極キャリア。
- 前記第1の接続手段が、前記導電性トラックに接続された信号処理手段を含み、前記信号処理手段は、前記接触パッドからの電気信号を取り込み且つ処理する手段を含み、
前記信号処理手段が、前記コネクタに接続された出力手段を備える、請求項18記載の電極キャリア。 - 前記第1の接続手段が、前記信号処理装置に通信可能に接続された無線データ転送装置をさらに含み、前記無線データ転送装置は、前記取り込まれた電気信号及び/又は前記取り込まれた電気信号から得られるデータを前記信号処理装置に無線転送するように構成される、請求項19記載の電極キャリア。
