Description
Claims (20)
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井内にケーシングライナーを形成する方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に配置されたケーシングパイプと前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内にケーシングライナープリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを操作して、前記環状領域内にケーシングライナー材料を噴出して、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー材料内に形成される細長い空隙を含むケーシングライナーを形成することを含む、ダウンホールライニング作業を実施するステップであって、
前記細長い空隙は、前記環状領域内で半径方向に延在する細長い空隙を含み、
前記ライニング作業は、前記ケーシングライナー材料内に前記細長い空隙を形成するために、一体化構造材料を噴出することを含み、
前記形成されたケーシングライナーが、前記環状領域の半径方向に延び、前記ケーシングライナー材料のヤング率よりも小さいヤング率を有する一体化構造材料で充填される、前記ケーシングライナー材料内の細長い空隙を含むように、前記一体化構造材料は、前記ケーシングライナー材料のヤング率より小さいヤング率を有する、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールライニング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを前進させることと、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナーを形成することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い空隙は、前記環状領域内で長手方向に延在する細長い空隙を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い空隙は、前記ケーシングライナー材料内に封入されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い空隙は、楕円形の空隙を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記一体化構造材料が、気体、液体または固体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一体化構造材料がポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がセメント質材料を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がケーシングセメントを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 坑井のケーシングライナープリンティングシステムであって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井に配置されたケーシングパイプと前記坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内に配置されるように構成されたケーシングライナープリントヘッドであって、前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドは、前記環状領域内にケーシングライナー材料を噴出して、前記環状領域内に、前記ケーシングライナー材料に形成される細長い空隙を含むケーシングライナーを形成するように構成された、ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを含み、
前記細長い空隙は、前記環状領域内で半径方向に延在する細長い空隙を含み、
前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドは、前記ケーシングライナー材料内に前記細長い空隙を形成するために一体化構造材料を噴出するように構成され、
前記形成されたケーシングライナーが、前記環状領域の半径方向に延び、前記ケーシングライナー材料のヤング率よりも小さいヤング率を有する一体化構造材料で充填される、前記ケーシングライナー材料内の細長い空隙を含むように、前記一体化構造材料は、前記ケーシングライナー材料のヤング率より小さいヤング率を有する、システム。 - 前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドは、前記坑井の長さに沿って前進させられ、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナーを形成するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い空隙は、前記環状領域内で長手方向に延在する細長い空隙を含む、請求項10または請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い空隙は、前記ケーシングライナー材料内に封入される、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い空隙は、楕円形状の空隙を含む、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記一体化構造材料が、気体、液体または固体を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記一体化構造材料がポリマーを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がセメント質材料を含む、請求項10~16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケーシングライナー材料がケーシングセメントを含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 炭化水素井戸の坑井内にケーシングライナーを形成する方法であって、
炭化水素井戸の坑井内に配置されたケーシングパイプと坑井の壁との間に位置する環状領域内にケーシングライナープリントヘッドを配置するステップと、
前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを操作して、ケーシングセメントを前記環状領域内に噴出して、前記環状領域内に、セメント質材料中に形成される細長い空隙を含むケーシングライナーを形成することを含む、ダウンホールセメンチング作業を行うステップであって、
前記細長い空隙は、前記環状領域内で半径方向に延在する細長い空隙を含み、
前記ダウンホールセメンチング作業は、前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを操作して、前記セメント質材料に細長い空隙を形成するための一体化構造材料を噴出することを含み、
前記形成されたケーシングライナーが、前記環状領域の半径方向に延び、前記セメント質材料のヤング率よりも小さいヤング率を有する一体化構造材料で充填される、前記セメント質材料内の細長い空隙を含むように、前記一体化構造材料は、前記セメント質材料のヤング率より小さいヤング率を有する、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ダウンホールセメンチング作業は、前記坑井の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナープリントヘッドを前進させるステップと、前記環状領域の長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナー材料を噴出して、前記環状領域の前記長さに沿って前記ケーシングライナーを形成するステップとを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
