Description
ハニカム又はブリスターサンドイッチシート又はパネルとは、典型的には約200~4000g/m2の範囲の秤量、すなわち、重量/平方メートルを有し得る、ポリプロピレンで好ましくは作られるハニカムシートを指す。この製品は、良好な弾性(すなわち破壊強度)の存在下でも、かなりの剛性及び硬さ等の独特の特性を有する。また、この製品は、30÷50%の充填率、すなわち、製品が占める総体積に対するプラスチック材料の体積の比率を有する。
より具体的には、本発明の目的は、規則的かつ連続したパターンで反復する円筒形態又は他の形態(ハニカム構造)を有する熱成形ブリスターフィルムを備える中央層(又はコア)と結合される外側フィルム(又は外側)で構成される、熱可塑性ポリプロピレンベースのハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを提供することであり、中央層の特定の形態は、シートに対して、機械的特性、負荷抵抗、ならびに構造的及び機能的特性を付与する。
最後に、本発明の目的は、無機充填剤を粉末形態で直接使用することも可能にする、ハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを製造するための方法及び装置である。
熱成形内側フィルムは、直接又は平坦非熱成形フィルムを間に介在させて互いに溶着され得る。
特に、本発明によるハニカム又はブリスターシート又はパネルは、既に示したように、平坦な上側又は上部外側フィルム、2つの(あるいは、4つ又は6つ等の)熱成形中央フィルム、及び平坦な下側又は下部外側フィルムからなる。
異なるフィルムを形成する全ての層A、B、又はCが、同じ押出機(すなわち、押出機A又はB又はC)から生ずることは必ずしも必要ではなく、完成品であるシート全体を形成する層と同じ数の押出機が存在することも想定され得る。換言すれば、完成品であるシートが、A-B-A + A’-B’-A’ + A’’-B’’-A’’ + A’’’-B’’’-A’’’からなる構造を有する場合、層A用の押出機A、層B用の押出機B、層A’用の押出機A’、層B’用の押出機B’等が存在し得る。
熱成形内側フィルムは、好ましくは、ポリプロピレンコポリマー(好ましくは、エチレン及び/又はブタンモノマーがプロピレン鎖に挿入されたブロック又はランダムポリプロピレンコポリマー)及びポリプロピレンホモポリマー及び/又は関連する混合物からなり、特に高い物理的機械的特性を有し、したがって、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカム又はブリスターパネル又はシートが、機械的抵抗及び軽さの観点から所望される品質を有することを保証するのに適している。したがって、これは、3つの層を有する共押出にて製造される多層構造を有するフィルムであり、3層共押出構造A-B-Aは、好ましくは、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーからなる内部層B及びポリプロピレンコポリマーからなる2つの外側層Aで構成される。
段階a)対応するポリマーから、又は、対応するポリマー化合物及び無機充填剤から開始される、少なくとも4つの多層フィルム、すなわち下部外側フィルム、少なくとも2つの内側又は中央フィルム、及び上部外側フィルムの同時押出段階、
段階b)少なくとも2つの内側又は中央フィルムの熱成形段階、
段階c)熱溶着による、非熱成形平坦外側フィルムの、2つの熱成形内側又は中央フィルムとの結合段階
を含み、
前記熱成形内側フィルムは、ブリスター-ブリスター配置構成又は下部-下部配置構成によって互いに溶着され、フィルムの押出段階及び結合段階の始まりは、全ての外側及び内側の熱成形及び非熱形成フィルムについて同時である。
含まれる図1は、本発明の一実施形態によるハニカムシート又はパネルの例を示す。
フィルムの移動路(すなわち、全てのフィルムがたどる経路)は、非常に重要であり、フィルムが実質的に同様の特性を有して結合段階に達するように、特に考えられてきた。
-最初に、平滑外側フィルム10を熱成形内側フィルム11に、そして同時に、第2の平滑外側フィルム13を第2の熱成形内側フィルム12に溶着し、次に、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカムシート又はパネル10-11-12-13が得られるまで、得られたフィルム又は中間要素の2つの対10-11及び12-13を、ブリスター-ブリスターで(又は、最終用途の要件に応じて下部-下部で)互いに溶着すること(図2に示す)、
-最初に、2つの熱成形内側フィルム11及び12を、機械的作用によって又は真空下で、ブリスター-ブリスターで(又は、最終用途の要件に応じて下部-下部で)互いに溶着し、次に、最終製品、すなわち、ハニカムシート又はパネル10-11-12-13が得られるまで、2つの平滑外側フィルム10及び13を中間要素11-12上に単一のステップで溶着すること(図3に示す)、
-最終製品、すなわち、ハニカムシート又はパネル10-11-12-13が得られるまで、4つの(あるいは、6つ又は8つ等の)全てのフィルムを単一のステップで溶着すること(図4に示す)。該全てのフィルムには、2つの最も外側のフィルム10、13、及び機械的作用によって又は真空下で熱成形され、ブリスター-ブリスターで(又は、最終用途の要件に応じて下部-下部で)重ね合わせる2つの内側又は中央フィルム11、12が含まれる、
である。
本発明の更なる目的は、保護要素又は包装要素としての、本発明によるハニカムブリスターシート又はパネルの使用方法に関する。
本発明によるシート又はパネルは、4.00~40.0mmの範囲、好ましくは10.00~30.00mmの範囲の厚さを有する。
本発明によるシート又はパネルは、好ましくは4つのフィルムで構成され、4つのフィルムのうちの2つのフィルム(A-B-A及びA’’’-B’’’-A’’’)は外側フィルムでありかつ平坦であり、熱成形されてブリスター-ブリスターで溶着される2つのフィルム(A’-B’-A’及びA’’-B’’-A’’)に溶着される。
本発明によるシート又はパネルの特定の例は以下の特徴を有する:
3000g/m2の重量を有するシート;

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性ポリプロピレンベースのハニカムサンドイッチシート又はパネルを製造する方法であって、前記シート又はパネルは2つの平坦外側フィルムからなる構造を備え、該平坦外側フィルムは、上部及び下部において、規則的かつ連続的なパターンが繰り返される少なくとも2つの熱成形内側又は中央ブリスターフィルムに結合され、前記少なくとも2つの熱成形内側又は中央ブリスターフィルムは互いに結合され、前記シート又はパネルは、前記平坦外側フィルム及び前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムが3つの共押出層で構成され、前記方法は、
段階a)対応するポリマーから開始する、又は、対応するポリマー化合物及び無機充填剤から開始する、少なくとも4つの多層フィルム(10,11,12,13)、すなわち、外側下部外側フィルム(10)、少なくとも2つの内側又は中央フィルム(11,12)、及び上部外側フィルム(13)の同時押出段階、

- 前記熱成形による結合段階c)は、
-最初に、平坦外側フィルム(10)を熱成形内側又は中央フィルム(11)に、そして同時に、第2の平坦外側フィルム(13)を第2の熱成形内側又は中央フィルム(12)に溶着し、次に、こうして得られるフィルム又は中間要素の2つの対(10-11)及び(12-13)を、ブリスター-ブリスター又は下部-下部で互いに溶着すること、又は、
-最初に、前記2つの熱成形内側又は中央フィルム(11及び12)を、機械的作用によって又は真空下でブリスター-ブリスター又は下部-下部で互いに溶着し、次に、前記2つの平坦外側フィルム(10及び13)を中間要素(11-12)上に単一ステップで溶着すること、又は、
-全てのフィルム(10,11,12,13)を単一ステップで溶着することであって、前記全てのフィルム(10,11,12,13)が、最も外側の前記2つの平坦フィルム(10及び13)と、機械的作用によって又は真空下で熱成形され、ブリスター-ブリスター又は下部-下部で重なり合う前記2つの内側又は中央フィルム(11及び12)とを含む、全てのフィルム(10,11,12,13)を単一ステップで溶着すること
によって実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムは、2以上の偶数の個数で存在する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムは、直接又は平坦非熱成形フィルムを間に介在させて互いに溶着される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記平坦外側フィルム及び前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムは、ポリプロピレンコポリマー及びポリプロピレンホモポリマー及び/又は関連する混合物の3つの共押出層で構成され、互いに同じ又は異なる、前記平坦外側フィルム及び前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムの外側層は、ポリプロピレンコポリマーで形成され、前記平坦外側フィルム及び前記熱成形内側又は中央フィルムの内側層は、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーで形成され、該ポリプロピレンホモポリマーには無機充填剤が添加されてもよい、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において使用される装置であって、該装置が、少なくとも4つの押出ヘッドからなる押出ユニットを備え、前記押出ユニットの下流に、関連する調整及び冷却ユニットを伴って少なくとも2つの熱成形ユニットが存在し、前記熱成形ユニットならびに前記調整及び冷却ユニットは、次に、1つ又は複数の結合ユニットに接続される、装置。
- 前記押出ユニットの上流に1つ又は複数の二軸混練押出機を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 保護要素又は包装要素としての、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されるハニカムブリスターシート又はパネルの使用方法。
