Claims (15)
- 第1基材層、液晶層および第2基材層を順に含み、
前記第1基材層および前記第2基材層のうち一つ以上は熱収縮性基材層であり、
前記熱収縮性基材層は、前記一方向に収縮し、前記一方向に垂直な方向に前記一方向への収縮率の0.01倍~0.5倍の膨張率で膨張する、
光学デバイス。 - 前記第1基材層および前記第2基材層のそれぞれが前記熱収縮性基材層である、請求項1に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記一方向はMD方向である、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記熱収縮性基材層は長さ変化率の絶対値が0.001%以上である、請求項3または4に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記熱収縮性基材層は長さ変化率の絶対値が5%以下である、請求項3から5の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記熱収縮性基材層は550nm波長の光に対する面内位相差値が3000nm以上の位相差フィルムである、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記熱収縮性基材層は
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムまたはトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムである、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。 - 90℃~100℃の高温と-30℃~-40℃の低温の間の温度変化時に内部に大気圧より高い正圧を有する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記第1基材層および前記第2基材層上にそれぞれ形成される第1電極層および第2電極層をさらに含む、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記第1電極層および前記第2電極層上にそれぞれ形成される第1配向膜および第2配向膜をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記液晶層は電圧の印加により、透過率が40%以上である透過モードと透過率が40%未満である非透過モードの間をスイッチングする、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記液晶層はスメクチック(smectic)液晶化合物、ネマチック(nematic)液晶化合物またはコレステリック(cholesteric)液晶化合物を含む、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記液晶層は異方性染料をさらに含む、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
- 前記液晶層は側面にシーラントをさらに含む、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の光学デバイス。
