Claims (15)
- 第1の電力導体(11)と第2の電力導体(12)とアクティブ回路とを備える直流回路網用のEMIフィルタであって、前記アクティブ回路が、
前記第1の電力導体(11)と前記第2の電力導体(12)とにおけるノイズを感知するための感知部(23)と、
前記感知部(23)において感知された前記ノイズに基づいてキャンセルノイズを生成するための利得部(24)と、
前記利得部から前記第1の電力導体(11)又は前記第2の電力導体(12)に前記キャンセルノイズを注入するための注入部(25)とを備え、
前記感知部(23)は、前記第1の電力導体(11)と前記第2の電力導体(12)と前記アクティブ回路の補助導体(27)とを誘導結合するコア(14)を有する変流器から成り、前記補助導体(27)が、前記利得部(24)に接続されていて、
前記補助導体(27)は、前記コア(14)の周りに3本未満又は2本未満の巻線を有するEMIフィルタ。 - 前記注入部(25)は、前記キャンセルノイズを前記第1の電力導体(11)に注入するように構成された第1の結合キャパシタンス(13)を備え、この第1の結合キャパシタンス(13)は、異なるキャパシタンス値を有する複数の並列キャパシタを備える請求項1に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記注入部(25)は、前記キャンセルノイズを前記第2の電力導体(12)に注入するように構成された第2の結合キャパシタンス(13)を備え、この第2の結合キャパシタンス(13)は、異なるキャパシタンス値を有する複数の並列キャパシタを備える請求項2に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記利得部(24)は、前記キャンセルノイズを出力するための出力ポイントを備え、前記第1の結合キャパシタンスの第1の端子が、前記第1の電力導体(11)に接続されていて、第2の端子が、前記利得部(24)の前記出力ポイントに接続されていて、前記第2の結合キャパシタンス(13)の第1の端子が、前記第2の電力導体(12)に接続されていて、第2の端子が、前記利得部(24)の前記出力ポイントに接続されている請求項3に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記コア(14)の材料が、150kHzと30MHzとの間で一定の透磁率を有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記コアの前記材料は、MgZnを含む請求項5に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記感知部(23)は、測定されたノイズ電流をノイズ電圧に変換するために、前記変流器に対して並列の負荷抵抗(28)を備える請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記第1の電力導体(11)は、第1のバスバーであり、前記第2の電力導体(12)は、第2のバスバーであり、前記コア(14)は、前記第1のバスバーと前記第2のバスバーとを包囲するリングコアである請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- プリント回路基板(15)が、少なくとも前記リングコア(14)の開口部内の前記第1のバスバーと前記第2のバスバーの間に配置されている請求項8に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- プリント回路基板(15)が、前記利得部(24)と前記注入部(25)とを備え、前記第1の電力導体(11)は、第1のバスバーであり、前記第2の電力導体(12)は、第2のバスバーであり、前記第1のバスバー及び/又は前記第2のバスバーが、前記注入部(25)と電気接続するために前記プリント回路基板(15)上に直接に接続されている請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- プリント回路基板が、前記利得部(24)と前記注入部(25)とを備え、前記コア(14)は、リングコアであり、前記プリント回路基板(15)が、2つの凹部と前記2つの凹部間の突起(15.1)とを備え、前記突起(15.1)が、前記リングコアによって形成された開口部を通って延在するように、前記リングコアが、前記2つの凹部内に収容されている請求項1~10のいずれか一つに記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記第1の電力導体(11)と前記第2の電力導体(12)とに注入されたキャンセルノイズ電流が、前記接地接続を通って前記アクティブ回路に戻り流れ得るように、前記アクティブ回路が接地接続されている請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記アクティブ回路の前記キャンセルノイズが、150kHz~30MHzの間の帯域幅のノイズを低減するように構成されている請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 前記感知部(23)は、前記第1の電力導体(11)と前記第2の電力導体(12)とにおけるノイズ電流を感知するための変流器を備え、前記利得部(24)は、前記感知部(23)において感知された前記ノイズ電流に基づいてキャンセルノイズを生成するように構成されていて、前記注入部(25)は、結合キャパシタンス(13)を用いて前記利得部からの前記キャンセルノイズを前記第1の電力導体(11)と前記第2の電力導体(12)とに注入するように構成されていて、感知部(23)と前記注入部(25)とが、フィードバック方向に配置されている請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ。
- 電動車両のための電力システムにおいて、
バッテリーと、
前記バッテリーを充電するために外部電力を受け取るための充電インターフェースと、 前記バッテリーと前記充電インターフェースを接続する回路網であって、この回路網の少なくとも一部分が直流回路網である当該回路網と、
前記直流回路網内の前記バッテリーと前記充電インターフェースの間の、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のEMIフィルタ(22)とを備える電力システム。
