Description
Claims (11)
- 未濾液用の流体入口(11)及び濾液用の流体出口(19)を備えたフィルタハウジング(1)と、前記フィルタハウジング(1)内に収容された少なくとも1つの1又は複数の部分からなるフィルタインサート(7、9)とを有するフィルタ装置であって、前記フィルタインサート(7、9)は少なくとも1つの逆洗機構(21)により濾過方向とは逆流で洗浄可能であり、前記逆洗機構(21)は回転駆動装置の流体連通駆動シャフト(20)によってそれぞれの前記フィルタインサート(7、9)の内側(17)に沿って移動可能で、前記内側(17)に隣接する端部にギャップ状の貫通孔を有しており、前記貫通孔は前記駆動シャフト(20)の回転軸線(16)に対して平行に延びて、前記駆動シャフト(20)と流体連通接続された流動空間内に開口しており、それぞれの前記逆洗機構(21)と、隣接して割り当て可能な前記フィルタインサート(7、9)との間の間隔を、調整装置(27、47)によって設定可能であり、移動調節手段(57)が設けられている、フィルタ装置において、
各部分逆洗機構(22)に対するそれぞれの移動調節手段(57)は、前記駆動シャフト(20)の外側に取り付けられた案内ハウジング(59)内で移動可能に案内され、これらの案内ハウジング(59)と、隣接して配置された受容ハウジング(21)のハウジング部分との間で、ばね要素(36)が移動調節力を生み出す別の移動調節手段として働くことを特徴とする、フィルタ装置。 - 前記調整装置は、前記駆動シャフト(20)の一方の側から手で操作可能であるスピンドル駆動装置(27;47)と、前記駆動シャフト(20)の他方の側でそれぞれの前記逆洗機構(21)と係合する移動調節手段とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置はその調整運動を行うスピンドル(27)で、内部流体連通路を有する前記駆動シャフト(20)に貫入し、その前記駆動シャフト(20)を貫通する端部(37)でそれぞれの前記逆洗機構(21)と係合する移動調節手段の一部を形成する、請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(47)により可動な移動調節手段(57)は、前記駆動シャフト(20)の外側を通るように案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記逆洗機構は、前記スピンドル駆動装置(27;47)がそれぞれの移動調節手段(37;57)で係合する受容ハウジング(21)を有しており、前記受容ハウジング(21)内に少なくとも2つの前記逆洗機構が受容されていること、及び各部分逆洗機構(22)には流体連通路(23)が割り当てられており、前記流体連通路(23)は長手方向移動可能に案内されて前記受容ハウジング(21)の各移動位置で前記駆動シャフト(20)の内部流体連通路(24)に突入係合することを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 1対の部分逆洗機構(22)の流体連通路(23)の間で、前記スピンドル駆動装置(27)がそれぞれの移動調節手段(37)で前記受容ハウジング(21)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- それぞれの前記ばね要素(36)は、それぞれの前記部分逆洗機構(22)のギャップ状の貫通孔に対して相対的な前記受容ハウジング(21)の補償運動を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記補償運動は、前記スピンドル駆動装置(47)のそれぞれの移動調節手段(57)の移動調節方向に対して平行に行われるか、又は前記受容ハウジング(21)の傾斜位置で隣接する前記フィルタインサート(7、9)に向かって少なくとも部分的により強く移動調節されて、1対の逆洗機構の他方の逆洗機構(22)が前記フィルタインサート(7、9)から離れる傾斜角で行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 平行な移動調節運動のためには、ばね要素として付勢されている圧縮ばね(36)が使用され、傾斜運動のためには、前記駆動シャフト(20)の内部流体連通路(24)内に進入すると前記部分逆洗機構(22)の流体連通路(23)を包囲する、弾性的に可撓なシール要素(67)が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2~8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 傾斜運動を実現するために前記スピンドル駆動装置(47)と協働する受容プレート(43)が用いられ、前記受容プレート(43)はその自由端(44)で前記受容ハウジング(21)と接続されていて、間隔を維持しながら前記受容ハウジング(21)を前記駆動シャフト(20)の方向に見て少なくとも部分的に包囲していることを特徴とする、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記受容プレート(43)は、前記スピンドル駆動装置(47)に付属する2本のロッド(57)と接続されており、前記ロッド(57)は前記駆動シャフト(22)上にある外側案内ハウジング(59)内に前記スピンドル駆動装置(47)の移動調節手段として案内されており、案内ハウジング(59)の内部でトグル駆動装置(69)によって固持されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のフィルタ装置。
