Description
Claims (13)
- 電子装置の内部空間に配置されている人体距離検出モジュールであって、
第一の金属片(41)と、
前記第一の金属片(41)と電気的に接続し、前記第一の金属片(41)の、人体と電子装置の距離を反映するために用いられる対地容量値を取得するための容量値センサー(42)と、
互いにカップリングが実現されるように、少なくとも一部が前記第一の金属片(41)と相対するように配置され、且つ前記第一の金属片(41)と互いに絶縁する第二の金属片(44)であって、少なくとも一部が前記第一の金属片(41)と平行しない第二の金属片(44)とを備え、
前記第二の金属片(44)は、平板部分(441)と、前記平板部分(441)の少なくとも1つの側辺から前記平板部分(441)の1つの側面に向けて折り曲げられてなる折り曲げ部分(442)とを含み、前記平板部分(441)の少なくとも一部は、前記第一の金属片(41)と平行して相対するように配置され、
前記平板部分(441)は、矩形を有し、前記平板部分(441)の二本の隣り合う側辺には、何れも前記折り曲げ部分(442)を有する
ことを特徴とする電子装置の人体距離検出モジュール。 - 前記折り曲げ部分(442)は、平板形状又はアーク板形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人体距離検出モジュール。
- 前記第二の金属片(44)における前記第一の金属片(41)と平行しない部分は、前記第一の金属片(41)と相対し、又は、前記第二の金属片(44)における前記第一の金属片(41)と平行しない部分は、前記第一の金属片(41)と相対しないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人体距離検出モジュール。
- 前記第二の金属片(44)の表面が絶縁膜(45)に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人体距離検出モジュール。
- 前記絶縁膜(45)は、前記第二の金属片(44)の全ての表面を覆い、又は、前記絶縁膜(45)は、前記第二の金属片(44)の一部の表面を覆うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の人体距離検出モジュール。
- 前記容量値センサー(42)と電気的に接続し、前記対地容量値に基づいて人体と電子装置の距離を確定するために用いられるプロセッサー(43)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人体距離検出モジュール。
- 請求項1~6の何れか1つに記載の人体距離検出モジュールを含むことを特徴とする電子装置。
- 背面蓋(10)及び枠(20)を更に含み、前記背面蓋(10)は、前記枠(20)と互いに接続し、前記背面蓋(10)と前記枠(20)は、前記電子装置の内部空間を画定するために用いられ、前記人体距離検出モジュールは、前記内部空間内に位置し、前記第二の金属片(44)は、前記背面蓋(10)に位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子装置。
- 前記第二の金属片(44)は、レーザー直接成型技術を用いて前記背面蓋(10)に形成され、又は、前記第二の金属片(44)は、粘着剤又はボルトにより前記背面蓋(10)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電子装置。
- 前記背面蓋(10)の、前記人体距離検出モジュールに面する表面は、第一の金属片(41)と平行しない縁領域(10a)を有し、前記第二の金属片(44)の少なくとも一部は、前記縁領域(10a)に位置することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の電子装置。
- 前記内部空間内には、サポートフレーム(70)が設置されており、前記第一の金属片(41)は、前記サポートフレーム(70)に位置していることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の電子装置。
- 前記サポートフレーム(70)は、アンテナサポートフレームであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電子装置。
- 請求項7~12の何れか1つに記載の電子装置の制御方法であって、
第一の金属片(41)の対地容量値を取得することと、
前記第一の金属片(41)の対地容量値が予め設定された閾値より高い場合、前記電子装置のアンテナが第一のパワーで働くように制御することと、
前記第一の金属片(41)の対地容量値が予め設定された閾値より高くない場合、前記電子装置のアンテナが第二のパワーで働くように制御し、前記第二のパワーが前記第一のパワーより大きいことと、を含むことを特徴とする電子装置の制御方法。
