Description

The present application relates to an adhesive film storage box for storing a wound body configured by winding an adhesive film with high adhesiveness such as an infection prevention film, and an adhesive film storage device in which the wound body is stored in the adhesive film storage box. Regarding.

For example, in the medical field, a doctor may input patient information into a personal computer to prepare a medical record while diagnosing and treating a patient. At this time, the hand that touched the patient may touch the keyboard of the personal computer. If the patient's bodily fluid or the like adheres to the keyboard, it is not preferable because there is a fear of infection among medical workers such as doctors and nurses.

Therefore, for example, we are thinking of attaching a highly adhesive infection prevention film to the surface of the keyboard of a personal computer, peeling it off after using the keyboard, and throwing it away.

However, in order to make it easier for healthcare workers to use adhesive films such as the infection prevention film described above, there is a storage container for adhesive films that can store adhesive films and cut the adhesive films to a desired length at the time of use. Not developed.

Conventionally, there is a wrap film storage box (see Patent Document 1) for storing wrap film rolls wound with wrap film. However, if this wrap film storage box is used to store the adhesive film with high adhesiveness as described above, the adhesive film will easily adhere to the box when the adhesive film is pulled out of the box, and once adhered, the adhesive film will be pulled. It takes a lot of force to pull it out. As a result, the adhesive film may not be properly pulled out, resulting in unsatisfactory drawing.

The present application has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present application is to provide an adhesive film storage box and an adhesive film storage device in which an adhesive film can be stored and which can be pulled out appropriately when used.

Also, the height H of the front plate 30 may be half or less of the heights of the rear plate 32 and the side plates 34 . Also, the vertical width of the opening on the front surface of the main body 20 caused by the low height of the front plate 30 may be half or more of the rear plate 32 and the side plates 34 . In the center of the front plate 30, a downwardly curved cut is formed, whereby a gripping piece 110 is formed. The grip piece 110 projects forward at its lower portion and holds the tip of the adhesive film F. As shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 7 , the top plate 40 of the lid portion 21 extends forward from the upper edge portion of the rear plate 32 to cover the upper surface of the main body portion 20 . The covering piece 41 extends from the front edge of the top plate 40 toward the front surface (the front plate 30). The tip of the covering piece 41 overlaps at least part of the front plate 30 . For example, on the back side of the front end of the covering piece 41, a saw-toothed cutting blade is provided as a cutting portion for cutting the adhesive film F pulled out from the wound body 11 in the main body portion 20 as shown in FIGS. 90 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, before the adhesive film storage device 1 is used, the adhesive film storage box 10 is sealed by the opening piece 44 connected to the tip of the cover piece 41 of the lid portion 21 . The opening piece 44 is located on the front surface of the front plate 30 of the main body 20 and formed in a belt shape along the longitudinal direction of the adhesive film storage box 10 . The opening piece 44 is connected to the tip of the cover piece 41 via a tear line 91 so as to be cut off, and is adhered to a plurality of locations on the surface of the front plate 30 . When opening the adhesive film storage box 10, the lid portion 21 can be opened by cutting the opening piece 44 along the longitudinal direction of the box as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, at least a part of the portion of the front plate 30 that contacts the pulled-out adhesive film F has a shear peel strength (shear peel strength) of 6.0 N/25 mm or less. Shear peel force reducing portions 120 and 121 are provided. The shear peel force of the adhesive film F of the shear peel force reducing portions 120 and 121 is more preferably 3.0 N/25 mm or less, and even more preferably 1.0 N/25 mm or less.

The shear peel strength of the adhesive film F of the shear peel strength reducing portions 120 and 121 shall be measured by the following measuring method. A film test piece is prepared by cutting the adhesive film into a width of 25 mm and a length of 100 mm. A piece of paper of the front plate 30 to be measured is similarly cut into a width of 25 mm and a length of 100 mm to prepare a paper test piece. After overlapping the adhesive surface of the film test piece and the measurement surface of the paper test piece so that the contact area is 12.5 mm × 25 mm, a 2 kg roller according to JIS Z0237 reciprocates the film test piece and the paper test. Crimp the piece. Next, the film test piece and the paper test piece are shear-peeled at 300 mm/min, and the load at that time is taken as the shear peel force. This measurement is performed in an atmosphere of 23° C. and 50% RH.

The first shear peel force reducing portion 120 is provided on the inner surface of the front plate 30, that is, the inner surface 30c of the folded back plate 37, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, for example. The first shear peel force reducing portion 120 has, for example, a structure that reduces the contact area between the front plate 30 and the adhesive film F, and has a structure in which a plurality of protrusions 130 are provided on the inner surface 30c of the folded back plate 37. . For example, the convex portions 130 are provided in a plurality of cases, for example, in two rows across between both ends of the front plate 30 in the left-right direction. Each convex portion 130 is, for example, a square. Each projection 130 has a step of 0.05 mm or more, preferably 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. The diameter of each protrusion 130 is 0.5 mm to 10 mm, preferably 1 mm to 8 mm, more preferably 2 mm to 6 mm. If the diameter of the protrusions 130 is 0.5 mm or more, creases are less likely to occur on the paper surface, and the steps of the protrusions 130 can be stably formed. If the diameter of the protrusion 130 is 10 mm or less, the contact area with the adhesive film F can be efficiently reduced. Also, the interval between adjacent convex portions 130 is preferably 2 mm to 6 mm, more preferably 3 mm to 5 mm. If the interval between the protrusions 130 is 2 mm or more, creases on the paper surface are less likely to occur, and if the interval is 6 mm or less, the contact area can be efficiently reduced.

As shown in FIG. 10, the second shear peel force reducing portion 121 has a structure in which the surface of the portion that contacts the adhesive film F is coated with paint P that reduces the contact area. As the paint P, for example, varnish or ink is used. More specifically, as the coating material P, repellent varnish (pseudo-embossed varnish), varnish containing fine particles, shrink printing, or the like may be used. For example, the entire inner surface 30c of the folded back plate 37, which is the inner surface of the front plate 30, the entire upper end 30b, which is the connection portion between the front plate 30 and the folded back plate 37, and the outer surface of the outer plate 38, which is the outer surface of the front plate 30. A paint P is applied to a partial region S1 of 30a. The formulation and coating conditions of the paint P are appropriately adjusted so that the arithmetic mean roughness Sa of the coated surface of the paint P is 1.0 μm or more and the value of Vmp/(Vvc+Vvv) is 0.020 or more. is preferable for reducing the contact area. Here, Vmp, Vvc, and Vvv are volume parameters. refers to the solid volume of the core, the hollow volume of the core, and the hollow volume of the valley.

The outer surface 30a of the front plate 30 is coated with paint P in a region near the upper end, for example, within a range of 5 mm downward from the upper end 30b. Paint P is applied to the outer surface 30 a above the position corresponding to the cutting blade 90 when the cover 21 closes the opening of the main body 20 .

Further, the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30 is coated with paint P on the surface of the knob piece 110 and its periphery. Around the tab piece 110, paint P is applied in a trapezoidal shape having a short upper base and a long lower base. A region S2 of the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30 other than the region S1 is coated with varnish or the like that has higher adhesiveness to the adhesive film F than the region S1.

Examples of the base paper that constitutes the adhesive film storage box 10 include, but are not limited to, cardboard, coated cardboard, corrugated cardboard, and the like, and papers known in the art can be appropriately selected and used. can be done.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wound body 11 is configured by winding an adhesive film F, such as an infection prevention film, around a cylindrical core tube 100 made of paper. In addition, infection prevention film prevents adhesion of bacteria and viruses, blood, vomit, and other body fluids to electronic medical record keyboards and various examination equipment with operation panels that are in contact with multiple medical personnel in a hospital. and to prevent cross-infection between medical personnel.

The wound body 11 has a longitudinal width of, for example, 100 mm or more, and the core tube 100 has a diameter of about 25 mm to 40 mm.

Adhesive film F includes an adhesive layer at least in part, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer (180-degree peel strength according to JIS0237) is 0.01 N/25 mm or more and 1.5 N/25 mm or less.

In the wound body 11, the lengths of the core tube 100 and the adhesive film F in the longitudinal direction A may be the same and the end faces of the core tube 100 and the adhesive film F may be aligned. The length A may be longer than the length of the adhesive film F in the longitudinal direction A, and the end surfaces of the core tube 100 and the adhesive film F may be offset. The former is, for example, a case in which the adhesive film F is wound around a sufficiently long core tube 100, and then the core tube 100 is cut to produce the wound body 11 of a predetermined length. This is the case where the wound body 11 is manufactured by winding the adhesive film F around the core tube 100 cut in advance.

The adhesive constituting the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include acrylic adhesives, rubber adhesives, silicone adhesives, and urethane adhesives, among which acrylic adhesives and urethane adhesives. agents are preferred, and acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives are particularly preferred.

For acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, a comonomer is added to the main monomer to adjust the cohesive force, or a functional group-containing monomer is added to provide cross-linking points to adjust the hardness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and develop the desired adhesive strength. be able to. Although the main monomer is not particularly limited, for example, various alkyl (meth)acrylates such as methyl (meth)acrylate, ethyl (meth)acrylate, butyl (meth)acrylate, and 2-ethylhexyl (meth)acrylate. and these can be used singly or in combination. Examples of comonomers include, but are not limited to, vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, styrene, methyl methacrylate, and methyl acrylate. Examples of functional group-containing monomers include, but are not particularly limited to, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, acrylamide, glycidyl methacrylate, and the like. Furthermore, tacky fire such as rosin, terpenes, aliphatic and aromatic synthetic resins can be added to adjust adhesive force. In addition, stabilizers, antioxidants, light stabilizers, UV absorbers, and the like may be added to the adhesive.

Further, the adhesive film includes a base film, and the base film has, for example, a 2% strain elastic modulus in the machine direction (MD direction) and a 2% strain elastic modulus in the width direction (TD direction) of 190 to 600 MPa. The base film may have a tensile elongation of 60 to 200% in the direction (MD direction) and the width direction (TD direction).

When using the adhesive film storage device 1 configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. Next, the adhesive film F of the wound body 11 is pulled out to the front side of the adhesive film storage box 10 . Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the adhesive film F is cut to a predetermined length by the cutting blade 90 by, for example, pulling the adhesive film F upward with respect to the adhesive film storage box 10 with the lid portion 21 closed.

According to this embodiment, the adhesive film storage box 10 excellent in storage and use of the adhesive film F can be realized. In addition, at least part of the portion of the front plate 30 that comes into contact with the adhesive film to be pulled out is provided with shear peeling force reducing portions 120 and 121 that make the shear peeling force of the contacting adhesive film F 6.0 N / 25 mm or less. ing. Therefore, even when the adhesive film F comes into contact with the front plate 30 as shown in FIG. can be pulled out properly. In particular, the adhesive film F falls toward the inner surface 30c of the front plate 30 due to gravity and is easily adhered to the inner surface 30c of the front plate 30. However, according to the present embodiment, the adhesive film F is pulled out appropriately after that. be able to.

Since the shear peeling force reducing portions 120 and 121 are structured to reduce the contact area between the front plate 30 and the adhesive film F, the shear peeling force of the adhesive film F can be reduced with a simple structure.

Since the shear peeling force reducing portion 120 has a structure in which the convex portion 130 is provided at the portion of the front plate 30 that contacts the adhesive film F, the shear peeling force of the adhesive film F can be effectively reduced with a simpler structure. can. In addition, instead of the convex portion 130, a concave portion or an uneven portion may be provided.

Since the shear peel force reducing portion 121 has a structure in which the paint P for reducing the contact area is applied to the surface of the portion that contacts the adhesive film, the shear peel force reducing portion 121 can be easily formed over a wide range without omission.

The shear peel force reducing portions 120 and 121 are provided on at least a portion of the outer surface 30a, the inner surface 30c and the upper end 30b of the front plate 30. As shown in FIG. As a result, the shear peeling force reducing portions 120 and 121 are provided at portions of the front plate 30 that are likely to come into contact with the adhesive film F, so that the adhesive film F can be pulled out appropriately.

When the center of the adhesive film F is pinched and pulled out, the adhesive film F is particularly likely to adhere near both ends of the inner surface 30c of the front plate 30. The pressure-sensitive adhesive film F can be preferably pulled out by providing at least in the regions near both ends in the direction. The vicinity of both ends means a region within 50 mm from the end of the front plate 30 . In addition, it is more preferable that the shear peel force reducing portions 120 and 121 are provided over the entire inner surface 30c of the front plate 30 in the left-right direction as in the present embodiment.

When the adhesive film F is pulled out, the adhesive film F is particularly easily adhered near the upper end of the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30. Therefore, by providing the shear peel force reducing portion 121 in the region near the upper end of the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30, the adhesive film F can be pulled out favorably. The vicinity of the upper end refers to a region within 10 mm from the upper end of the front plate 30 .

The shear peel force reducing portion 121 is provided in a region on the outer surface 30 a of the front plate 30 above the position of the cutting blade 90 when the lid portion 21 closes the opening of the main body portion 20 . As a result, the portion corresponding to the cutting blade 90 on the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30 is not provided with the shear peel force reducing portion 121, and the adhesive film F is easily adhered to this portion. As a result, it is possible to prevent the adhesive film F from being rewound.

Since the shear peeling force reducing portion 121 is also provided on the tab piece 110 , the adhesive film F can be properly pulled out even when the adhesive film F comes into contact with the tab piece 110 .

When the center of the adhesive film F is pinched and pulled out, the friction of the adhesive film F increases near the center of the upper end 30b of the front plate 30. In the present embodiment, since the shear peel force reducing portion 121 is provided at least in the region near the center in the left-right direction of the upper end 30b of the front plate 30, the adhesive film F can be pulled out favorably. Note that the vicinity of the center refers to a region within 10 mm from the center of the front plate 30 in the left-right direction. In addition, it is more preferable that the shear peel force reducing portion 121 is provided over the entire left-right direction of the upper end 30b of the front plate 30 as in the present embodiment.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the shear peel force reducing portion 121 is positioned on the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30 at a position corresponding to the cutting blade 90 when the lid portion 21 closes the opening of the main body portion 20. , and an engaging portion 140 for engaging the adhesive film F may be provided in a region above it. The shear peel force reducing portion 121 includes, for example, the entire inner surface 30c of the folded back plate 37 that is the inner surface of the front plate 30, the entire upper end 30b that is the connection portion between the front plate 30 and the folded back plate 37, and the front plate 30. A paint P is applied to a partial region S1 of the outer surface 30a of the outer plate 38, which is the outer surface. On the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30, the paint P is applied to an area S3 having a width of 5 mm near the upper end 30b and an area 1 mm to 2 mm above and below the position corresponding to the cutting blade 90 when the lid 21 closes the opening of the main body 20. Width region S4 is coated. In addition, the locking portion 140 is formed by applying varnish or the like having higher adhesiveness to the adhesive film F than the paint P to the region S5 above the region S4 of the paint P on the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30. It is At this time, the gripping piece 110 may be coated with varnish having high adhesiveness and become the engaging portion 140 . In addition, although the varnish applied to the area S6 below the area S4 is not particularly limited, an appropriate combination of a general peeling varnish and a portion without varnish is applied. As a result, the opening piece 44 is properly adhered before opening, and the opening piece 44 can be easily peeled off from the front plate 30 at the start of use. In such a case, the edge of the adhesive film F cut by the cutting blade 90 is located in the shear peel force reducing portion 121, so tearing of the film when the edge of the adhesive film F is pinched can be suppressed. Moreover, the unwinding of the adhesive film F can also be suppressed by the locking portion 140 . Note that the region S4 may be applied not only in a thin rectangular shape but also in a dotted form. Further, the surrounding area of the tab piece 110 may be coated with paint P to form the shear peel force reducing portion 121 .

In the above embodiments, the shear peel force reducing portion may have a structure in which the surface of the portion that contacts the adhesive film F is made of a material that reduces the contact area. The material for reducing the contact area may be, for example, base paper with fine irregularities on the surface where the fibers of the paper are exposed. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 13, the front plate 30 does not have a folded back plate 37, and the back surface of the outer plate 38 of the front plate 30, which is not subjected to surface treatment such as coating or varnish, is used as the inner surface 30c of the front plate 30. May be exposed. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the folded back plate 37 is folded forward, and the back surface of the folded back plate 37, which is not subjected to surface treatment such as coating or varnish, is used as the outer surface 30a of the front plate 30. The rear surface of the face plate 38 may be exposed as the inner surface 30 c of the front plate 30 . Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the folded back plate 37 is folded back to the back side of the front plate 30, and the tip side of the folded back plate 37 is extended and folded back three times, so that the back surface of the folded back plate 37 is attached to the front plate 30. It may be exposed as the inner surface 30c. However, the material for reducing the contact area is not limited to this.

It is obvious that a person skilled in the art can conceive various modifications or modifications within the scope of the idea described in the claims, and these naturally belong to the technical scope of the present invention. understood as a thing.

For example, the method for setting the shear peel force to 6.0 N/25 mm or less is not limited to the above method. For example, the shear peeling force may be set to 6.0 N/25 mm or less by providing a notch projecting to the back side of the front plate 30 . Also, a plurality of methods for reducing the shear peel force may be used in combination.

The configuration of the adhesive film storage box 10 described in the above embodiment is not limited to this.
