Claims (5)
- 開口部を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収納される電極体と、
前記ケースの開口部を密閉する蓋部材と、
前記蓋部材の外面に設けられる外部端子と、
電流遮断機構と、
一端が前記電極体から延出する電極タブと電気的に接続され、他端が電池内部に設けられた前記電流遮断機構に電気的に接続された集電部材と、
前記蓋部材を気密状態で貫通して設けられ、電池内部において前記電流遮断機構に電気的に接続され、電池外部において前記外部端子に電気的に接続される導通部材と、を備え、
前記電流遮断機構は、外周部が前記集電部材に接続され、内周部が前記導通部材に接続される薄板状の導電板を備え、前記導電板の内周部が前記集電部材の表面から突出した形状に形成されており、前記導電板は電池内部の圧力上昇を受けて前記内周部が前記導通部材から離間するように変位可能であり、前記集電部材には、前記導通部材から離間変位した前記導電板の内周部を受け入れる収容凹部が前記集電部材の厚み方向の内部に形成されている、
密閉型電池。 - 前記収容凹部は、扁平な円柱状空間、又は、扁平な円錐台状空間を含む形状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記導通部材は、導電性の筒状部材と、前記筒状部材の内部に配置された導電性の柱状部材とを含み、前記導電板の内周部は薄肉の脆弱部を含む破断板を介して前記柱状部材の一方の端部に連結されている、請求項1または2に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記筒状部材の外周面には前記電池内部と前記電池外部との間を気密状態に封止するガスケットが配置されている、請求項3に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記電極体から延出する電極タブは前記集電部材の一方端部に接合され、前記集電部材の他方端部に形成された前記収容凹部の周縁部に前記導電板の外周部が接合され、前記導電板の内周部が前記破断板の中央領域に位置する前記脆弱部に接合され、前記破断板において前記脆弱部の外周側に位置する部分が前記柱状部材の一方の端部に接合され、前記柱状部材の他方の端部が電池外部において前記筒状部材に接合されている、
請求項3または4に記載の密閉型電池。
