1つ又は複数のマンドレルをチューブ内に挿入するステップと、
前記チューブをモールド・アセンブリ内に並べるステップであって、前記モールド・アセンブリは、ルーメン・ライナの断面に対応するモールド断面を備える、並べるステップと、
前記チューブと前記1つ又は複数のマンドレルとの周囲の前記モールド・アセンブリを圧縮するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリを第1の期間だけ加熱するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリを第2の期間だけ冷却するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリの圧縮を解除するステップと、
前記ルーメン・ライナを前記モールド・アセンブリから取り外すステップと、
前記マンドレルを前記ルーメン・ライナから除去するステップと、を備える、方法。

Claims (20)
- 細長の医療装置であって、
その断面形状がピーナッツ形状を備える第1のルーメンと、
前記第1のルーメンに近接している複数の第2のルーメンと、を備え、
前記第1のルーメンは、前記第1のルーメンの前記断面形状に合致するルーメン・ライナを備え、
前記第1のルーメンは、胴部によって接続される第1の管状領域と第2の管状領域を画定し、
前記細長の医療装置に関連する1つ又は複数の構成要素が、前記胴部内に配置されており、
前記ルーメン・ライナは、第1の材料を備え、
前記細長の医療装置は、第2の材料を備え、
前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料とは異なり、
前記第1の管状領域、前記第2の管状領域及び前記胴部はそれぞれ、軸心を備え、
前記第1の管状領域の軸心、前記第2の管状領域の軸心及び前記胴部の軸心は、互いに整列しており、
前記第1の管状領域及び前記第2の管状領域のうちの少なくとも1つに配置される平面フレキシブル回路をさらに備え、
前記平面フレキシブル回路の平面は、前記第1の管状領域の軸心、前記第2の管状領域の軸心及び前記胴部の軸心と整列している、細長の医療装置。 - 前記ピーナッツ形状は、対称である、請求項1に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記ピーナッツ形状は、非対称である、請求項1に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記ルーメン・ライナは、第1の材料であり、
前記細長の医療装置は、第2の材料を備え、

- 前記複数の第2のルーメンは各々、円形の断面を備える、請求項6に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記第1のルーメンは、第3のルーメンをさらに備え、
前記第3のルーメンは、円形の断面を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の細長の医療装置。 - 前記第1のルーメンは、前記複数の第2のルーメンの間に配置されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記ルーメン・ライナは、外層をさらに備える、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記外層は、リフロー可能な材料である、請求項10に記載の細長の医療装置。
- 前記細長の医療装置に関連する前記1つ又は複数の構成要素は、チューブ、圧縮コイル、ワイヤ及び可撓性回路からなる群から選択される構成要素を備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の細長の医療装置。
- ルーメン・ライナを成形する方法であって、
1つ又は複数のマンドレルをチューブ内に挿入するステップと、
前記チューブをモールド・アセンブリ内に並べるステップであって、前記モールド・アセンブリは、ルーメン・ライナの断面に対応するモールド断面を備える、並べるステップと、
前記チューブと前記1つ又は複数のマンドレルとの周囲の前記モールド・アセンブリを圧縮するステップであって、それよって、胴部により接続される第1の管状領域と第2の管状領域とを備えるルーメンを画定し、前記胴部は、細長の医療装置に関連する1つ又は複数の構成要素を収容するように構成され、前記第1の管状領域、前記第2の管状領域及び前記胴部はそれぞれ、軸心を備え、前記第1の管状領域の軸心、前記第2の管状領域の軸心及び前記胴部の軸心は、互いに整列している、圧縮するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリを第1の期間だけ加熱するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリを第2の期間だけ冷却するステップと、
前記モールド・アセンブリの圧縮を解除するステップと、
前記ルーメン・ライナを前記モールド・アセンブリから取り外すステップと、
前記マンドレルを前記ルーメン・ライナから除去するステップと、
前記第1の管状領域及び前記第2の管状領域のうちの少なくとも1つにフレキシブル回路を配置するステップであって、前記フレキシブル回路は、平面を有しており、前記フレキシブル回路の前記平面は、前記第1の管状領域の軸心、前記第2の管状領域の軸心及び前記胴部の軸心と整列している、配置するステップと、を備える、方法。 - 前記モールド断面は、ピーナッツ形状である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ピーナッツ形状は、対称である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ピーナッツ形状は、非対称である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ルーメン・ライナは、第1の材料であり、
前記ルーメン・ライナを収容する細長の医療装置は、第2の材料を備え、
前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料とは異なる、請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料は、熱固定ポリマであり、
