Claims (7)
- 素地鋼板と、
前記素地鋼板の少なくとも一面に形成されたAl-Zn系めっき層と、
前記素地鋼板と前記Al-Zn系めっき層の間に形成されたFe-Al系界面合金層と、を含み、
前記Al-Zn系めっき層は、質量%で、Zn:10~30%、Fe:1%以下、残りのAl及び不可避に流入された不純物からなり、
前記Fe-Al系界面合金層は、質量%で、Al:30~60%、Fe:30~60%、Si:20%以下(0%を除く)、Zn:3%以下、及び不可避に流入された不純物からなり、
前記Al-Zn系めっき層及びFe-Al系界面合金層の厚さ合計は平均5~40μmであり、
前記Fe-Al系界面合金層は、前記Al-Zn系めっき層及び前記Fe-Al系界面合金層の厚さ合計に対して5~35%の厚さを有する、熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板。 - 前記Al-Zn系めっき層は、質量%で、Be、Ti、及びMnからなる群より選択された1種以上を0.05~10%さらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板。
- 前記Al-Zn系めっき層は、質量%で、2%以下のMgを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板。
- 素地鋼板を設ける段階と、
質量%で、Zn:10~30%、Si:5~15%、残りのAl及び不可避に流入された不純物からなるめっき液に前記素地鋼板を浸漬する段階と、
前記めっき液から排出された鋼板を350℃の温度範囲まで15~25℃/sで冷却する段階と、を含み、
前記熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板は、前記素地鋼板の少なくとも一面に形成されたAl-Zn系めっき層と、前記素地鋼板と前記Al-Zn系めっき層の間に形成されたFe-Al系界面合金層と、を含み、
前記Fe-Al系界面合金層は、質量%で、Al:30~60%、Fe:30~60%、Si:20%以下(0%を除く)、Zn:3%以下、及び不可避に流入された不純物からなり、
前記Al-Zn系めっき層及びFe-Al系界面合金層の厚さ合計は平均5~40μmであり、
前記Fe-Al系界面合金層は、前記Al-Zn系めっき層及び前記Fe-Al系界面合金層の厚さ合計に対して5~35%の厚さを有する、熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記めっき液は、質量%で、Be、Ti、及びMnからなる群より選択された1種以上を0.05~10%さらに含む、請求項4に記載の熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記めっき液は、質量%で、2%以下のMgを含む、請求項4又は5に記載の熱間プレス成形用めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項4~6のいずれか1つの製造方法で製造されためっき鋼板をAc3変態点以上の温度範囲で加熱する段階と、
前記加熱されためっき鋼板を前記温度で熱間プレス成形する段階と、
前記熱間プレス成形されためっき鋼板を冷却する段階と、を含む、熱間プレス成形部材の製造方法。
