Claims (5)
- フレーム又はアンダーフレーム(2)と、スクリューコンプレッサ要素(3)と、電気キャビネット(6)と、油分離器容器(5)と、空冷冷却モジュール(8)とを含む給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置であって、
前記スクリューコンプレッサ要素(3)は前記フレーム(2)の一方の半部(2a)に水平に配置され、前記電気キャビネット(6)と前記油分離器容器(5)と前記空冷冷却モジュール(8)とは前記フレーム(2)の他方の半部(2b)に配置され、前記空冷冷却モジュール(8)は前記コンプレッサ要素(3)にわたって横方向であり且つ前記コンプレッサ要素(3)の長手方向X-X’に対して垂直であり、かつ該冷却モジュール(8)によって吸引された空気(9)が前記電気キャビネット(6)と該空冷冷却モジュール(8)の間を流れることになるように配置され、
更に、前記空冷冷却モジュール(8)に連結された最低圧力バルブ(7)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置。 - 全ての油フィルタ及びサーモスタットが閉じ込められたバルブマニホルド(11)が更に設けられている、
請求項1に記載の給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置。 - 前記バルブマニホルド(11)は、前記スクリューコンプレッサ要素(3)があるのと前記アンダーフレーム(2)の同じ半部(2a)にある、
請求項2に記載の給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置。 - 圧縮ガスを乾燥させるための乾燥器と、前記アンダーフレーム(2)に結合された又は結合することができるこの乾燥器のための個別の追加アンダーフレーム(13)とが更に設けられている、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置。 - 前記スクリューコンプレッサ要素(3)は、油冷モータ(4)によって駆動される、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の給油式スクリューコンプレッサ装置。
