本出願は、2019年1月17日付韓国特許出願第10-2019-0006225号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
本発明は、電池パックおよびこれを含むデバイスに関し、ターミナルボルトを含む電池パックおよびこれを含むデバイスに関する。

Claims (13)
- 電池モジュールを収納する電池モジュールフレームと、
少なくとも一つ以上の貫通口を含み、前記電池モジュールフレームの上部を覆う上部ハウジングと、
前記電池モジュールフレームの上部に位置し、前記電池モジュールの電極リードと連結されたバスバーと、
前記電池モジュールフレームの上部に位置し、前記貫通口を通じて上部方向に突出し、前記バスバーと連結された内部ボルトと、
前記貫通口を通過して前記バスバーおよび前記内部ボルトと連結されるターミナルと、
を含み、
前記ターミナルは、前記内部ボルトと締結されるナット形状の締結部を含み、
前記ターミナルは、前記上部ハウジングの外部に露出されたシーリング部を含み、
前記ターミナルは、前記シーリング部の上部に位置する上部突出部をさらに含み、
前記締結部、前記シーリング部、および前記上部突出部は、一体形に形成された、電池パック。 - 前記バスバーは、前記バスバーに形成された貫通ホールを含み、
前記内部ボルトは、前記貫通ホールを通過して前記ターミナルの前記締結部と締結される本体部、および前記バスバーの下面と接触する延長部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記貫通ホールの直径は、前記貫通口の直径より小さく、前記本体部の直径より大きく、
前記締結部は、前記貫通ホールの直径と対応する第1外径部、および前記貫通口の直径と対応する第2外径部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記貫通ホールの直径は、前記貫通口の直径より小さく、前記本体部の直径と同一であり、
前記締結部は、前記貫通口の直径と対応する外径部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バスバーの下面と前記延長部は、溶接結合された構造である、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ナット形状の締結部には前記本体部が挿入され得る湾入構造が形成され、
前記本体部の外面と前記湾入構造の内面にはねじ線が形成されている、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールフレームと前記上部ハウジングとの間に位置する回路制御ボードをさらに含み、
前記バスバーおよび前記内部ボルトは、前記回路制御ボードの上面に配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ターミナルは、前記上部ハウジングの外部に露出される多角形の形状の前記シーリング部を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記シーリング部は、前記貫通口より大きい面積で前記上部ハウジングに密着する、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記シーリング部は、前記シーリング部と前記上部ハウジングとの間に位置するシーリングパッドを含む、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記多角形は、八角形である、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ターミナルは、前記シーリング部の上部としての上面に位置する前記上部突出部をさらに含む、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを電源として含むデバイス。
