Description

Aspects of the present invention relate generally to dry joint filler installation structures and dry joint fillers.

A plumbing unit room is known that includes a floor for washing and a wall panel that is inserted into a wall mounting recess formed in the floor for washing. In such a plumbing unit room, there is also a technique to ensure watertightness and design by inserting dry joint material into the gap between the wall panel inserted into the wall-mounted recess and the wall-mounted recess. (For example, Patent Document 1). At this time, if the entire dry joint material is pushed deep into the gap, water tends to accumulate on the dry joint material. For this reason, it is preferable to extend the upper part of the dry joint material toward the floor of the washing space and bring it into contact with the upper surface of the floor of the washing space.

However, concave portions and convex portions are formed on the upper surface of the floor of the washing space in order to ensure drainage and prevent a bather from slipping on the floor of the washing space. For this reason, the extended dry joint material abuts on the upper surface of the convex portion of the floor of the washing area, but hardly abuts on the upper surface of the concave portion. As a result, sewage during bathing enters between the dry joint material and the upper surface of the recess. As a result, dirt tends to accumulate between the dry joint material and the upper surface of the concave portion, which may cause blackening and bad odor.

The present invention has been made based on the recognition of such problems, and can reduce the gap between the upper surface of the washing space floor and the dry joint material even when concave portions and convex portions are formed on the upper surface of the washing space floor. , to provide a dry joint material mounting structure and a dry joint material.

A first invention is a structure for installing a dry joint material in a plumbing unit room, which is installed in the plumbing unit room, and includes a washing space floor having a wall-mounting recess on the outer circumference, and a wall-mounting recess placed in the wall-mounting recess. a wall panel, the wall-mounting recess, and a dry joint material inserted into a gap between the wall panel placed in the wall-mounting recess, wherein the upper surface of the floor of the washing space has a plurality of The dry joint material has an uneven shape by having a concave portion and a plurality of convex portions, and the dry joint material includes an insertion portion that is inserted downward into the gap and a wall side contact portion that contacts the wall panel. and a floor-side extension provided so as to extend toward the floor of the washing space and in contact with the upper surface of the floor of the washing space, wherein the floor-side extension includes the plurality of recesses and the plurality of recesses. A dry joint comprising a soft portion that abuts on a convex portion, and a support portion that is connected to an upper portion of the soft portion, wherein the hardness of the soft portion is lower than the hardness of the support portion. This is the mounting structure of the material.

According to this mounting structure of the dry joint material, when the dry joint material is inserted into the gap between the wall mounting recess and the wall panel, the soft part comes into contact with the uneven shape of the upper surface of the floor of the washing space, and the upper surface of the floor of the washing space and the support part. sandwiched between The sandwiched soft portion deforms following the uneven shape. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the dry joint material and the upper surface of the recess, and it is difficult for sewage water to enter through the gap during bathing. As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of darkening and bad odor in the vicinity of the dry joint material.

According to a second invention, in the first invention, the thickness of the soft portion in the height direction is greater than the length in the height direction between the upper surface of the recess and the upper surface of the protrusion. This is the installation structure of the dry joint material.

According to this mounting structure of the dry joint material, when the soft portion is deformed following the concave-convex shape, the entire concave portion is easily filled with the soft portion. Therefore, a gap is less likely to occur between the floor of the washing area and the dry joint material.

In a third aspect of the invention, in the first or second aspect, an inclined surface connecting the upper surface of the concave portion and the upper surface of the convex portion is provided on the upper surface of the floor of the washing space, and the upper surface of the concave portion and the inclined surface are provided. The angle between and is an obtuse angle.

According to this dry joint material mounting structure, when the soft portion is compressed and deformed in contact with the upper surface of the floor of the washing area, the soft portion is easily deformed along the inclined surface toward the upper surface of the recess. This makes it more difficult for a gap to occur between the soft portion and the uneven shape.

In a fourth aspect of the invention, in any one of the first to third aspects of the invention, the wall panel further comprises a recessed wall receiving member provided in the wall-mounting recess and along an inner wall of the wall-mounting recess. , the insertion portion is inserted into and fitted to a portion of the wall receiving member located in the gap, and the floor-side extending portion is placed on the wall receiving member. The mounting structure of the dry joint material is characterized in that the wall panel is placed and pressed toward the upper surface of the floor of the washing space.

According to this dry joint material mounting structure, the weight of the wall panel continuously presses the insertion portion downward together with the wall mounting member. As a result, even after the dry joint material is installed, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the floor of the washing area and the soft portion.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is a washing space floor having a wall-mounting recess on the outer circumference, installed in a plumbing unit room, and having an uneven top surface having a plurality of recesses and a plurality of projections, and the wall-mounting floor. A dry joint material to be inserted into a gap between a wall panel placed in a recess and an insertion part inserted downward into the gap, and a wall side contact that abuts on the wall panel. and a floor-side extension provided so as to extend toward the washing space floor and in contact with the upper surface of the washing space floor, wherein the floor-side extension includes the plurality of recesses and the It has a soft portion that abuts on a plurality of convex portions, and a support portion that is connected to an upper portion of the soft portion, wherein the hardness of the support portion is lower than the hardness of the soft portion. It is a dry joint material.

According to this dry joint material, when the dry joint material is inserted into the gap between the wall mounting recess and the wall panel, the soft part comes into contact with the uneven shape of the upper surface of the floor of the washing space, and the space between the upper surface of the floor of the washing space and the support part sandwiched between The sandwiched soft portion deforms following the uneven shape. Therefore, even if the upper surface of the floor of the washing area has an uneven shape, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the dry joint material and the upper surface of the recess, and it is difficult for sewage water to enter through the gap during bathing. As a result. It can suppress the occurrence of dark spots and bad odors around the dry joint material.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the aspect of the present invention, even when concave portions and convex portions are formed on the upper surface of the washing space floor, the gap between the upper surface of the washing space floor and the dry joint material can be reduced. A grout is provided.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, in each drawing, the same reference numerals are given to the same constituent elements, and detailed description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a plumbing unit room having a dry joint material mounting structure according to an embodiment.
The plumbing unit room 2 shown in FIG. 1 has a dry joint material mounting structure 1 . The mounting structure 1 comprises a washroom floor 10 and wall panels 20 .

The washing space floor 10 constitutes the floor surface of the plumbing unit room 2. The washing space floor 10 is formed in a shallow vessel shape (bread shape) with a peripheral edge bent upward, and has waterproofness to prevent hot water from leaking out of the bathroom. The washing place floor 10 is installed on the bathroom installation surface S via a support leg 151 having a structure whose height can be adjusted by rotating the bolt part.

A wall mounting recess 11 is provided on the outer circumference of the floor 10 of the washing place. The wall panel 20 is mounted in the wall mounting recess 11 to constitute the side surface of the plumbing unit room. The wall panel 20 is composed of panel members 21 to 27, for example. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the panel material 23 is a door DR including a door mounting frame (not shown). Adjacent panel members are connected by wall surface connection members 50 .

In the example shown in FIG. 1, the plumbing unit room 2 is a bathroom. Therefore, the plumbing unit room 2 further has a bathtub 40 . The bathtub 40 is installed on the bathroom installation surface S via a support leg 41 having the same function as the support leg 151 .

The specific configuration of the plumbing unit room 2 is not limited to the example in FIG. 1, and can be changed as appropriate. For example, the plumbing unit room 2 may be a shower room or the like that does not have a bathtub 40 .

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a washing space floor of the dry joint material mounting structure according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 2 , the washroom floor 10 has a floor base material 15 and a floor body 16 .

The floor base material 15 has support legs 151 , a support frame 152 and a receiving plate 153 . As an example, the support frame 152 includes four first frames 152a extending in a first horizontal direction and four second frames 152a extending in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first direction. and a frame 152b of . The support legs 151 are provided at four corners of the lower surface of the support frame 152 .

The floor base material 15 receives the load applied to the upper surface of the floor 10 of the washing area in a limited installation space such as a bathroom and maintains its position. Therefore, the floor base material 15 is required to have sufficient strength. For example, the floor base material 15 is made of steel having strength higher than that of thermoplastic foam resin.

The floor base material 15 is placed on an installation surface such as a bathroom (for example, the floor of a building), and its height is appropriately adjusted by rotating the bolt portions of the support legs 151 . Thereby, the horizontal surface of the washing place floor 10 is ensured. The support legs 151 and the support frame 152 support the receiving plate 153 from below. The receiving plate 153 is fixed to the support frame 152 by fastening members such as screws.

The floor body 16 has a floor surface material 161 , a cushion material 162 and a surface material 163 . The upper surface of the receiving plate 153 serves as a vertical reference position, that is, a horizontal reference plane for each member of the floor 10 of the washing area. Further, the receiving plate 153 supports the floor member 161 from below and receives a load from members placed on the receiving plate 153 . Therefore, as the receiving plate 153, a plate-like material having relatively high strength and rigidity is suitable. Examples thereof include steel deck plates and sandwich panels. The strength of the floor base material 15 is higher than the strength of the floor surface material 161 formed of a thermoplastic foamed resin, which will be described later.

The floor material 161 is made of thermoplastic foamed resin, for example. Examples of thermoplastic foamed resins include foamed polypropylene, foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, and foamed polyurethane. A surface material 163 is provided on the floor material 161 with a cushion material 162 interposed therebetween. As a material of the cushion material 162, for example, a soft material such as foamed polyurethane is used. By changing the hardness (softness) of the cushion material 162, the hardness (softness) of the floor surface can be changed.

The surface material 163 covers the upper surface of the floor material 161 . In the example of the mounting structure 1 described here, the upper surface of the surface material 163 constitutes the upper surface of the floor 10 of the washing area. The upper surface of the surface material 163 has an uneven shape with a plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions in order to improve design and drainage.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective cross-sectional view of a part of the dry joint material mounting structure according to the embodiment.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective cross-sectional view of a portion A of FIG.
FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a part of the dry joint material mounting structure according to the embodiment.
FIG. 6 is a perspective cross-sectional view and a cross-sectional view showing the dry joint material of the dry joint material mounting structure according to the embodiment.
FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a part of the dry joint material mounting structure according to the embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 , the mounting structure 1 according to the embodiment further includes a dry joint material 30 . The dry joint material 30 is inserted into the gap between the wall mounting recess 11 on the outer periphery of the washing space floor 10 and the wall panel 20 placed in the wall mounting recess 11 on the washing space floor 10 side of the wall panel 20. there is

For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , a wall receiving member 13 is provided inside the wall mounting recess 11 . The wall-receiving member 13 has a concave shape along the inner wall of the wall-mounting concave portion 11 . The wall receiving member 13 facilitates positioning of the wall panel 20 with respect to the floor 10 of the washing place, for example. The wall panel 20 is placed on the wall receiving member 13 with the packing 14 interposed therebetween. The packing 14 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and fills the gap between the wall receiving member 13 and the wall panel 20 to improve watertightness.

The dry joint material 30 has an insertion portion 31 , a wall side contact portion 32 and a floor side extension portion 33 . The insertion portion 31 is inserted downward into a gap between the wall mounting recess 11 and the wall panel 20 and fitted to the wall mounting member 13 .

The wall-side contact portion 32 is connected to the upper end of the insertion portion 31 and contacts the wall panel 20 . The floor-side extension part 33 is connected to the upper end of the insertion part 31 and extends toward the floor 10 of the washing place. A plurality of concave portions 121 and a plurality of convex portions 122 are provided on the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 for washing. The tip of the floor-side extension 33 is provided on the upper surface 12 , and the lower surface of the floor-side extension 33 is in contact with the upper surface 12 .

As shown in FIGS. 5, 6(a), and 6(b), the floor-side extension portion 33 has a soft portion 331 and a support portion 332. As shown in FIG. The soft part 331 is provided on the lower side of the floor-side extension part 33 and abuts on the concave part 121 and the convex part 122 of the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 for washing. The support portion 332 is provided above the floor-side extension portion 33 and connected to the upper portion of the soft portion 331 . In a state in which the dry joint material 30 is inserted into the gap between the wall mounting recess 11 and the wall panel 20 , the soft portion 331 is sandwiched between the floor 10 of the washroom and the support portion 332 .

The hardness of the soft portion 331 is lower than the hardness of the support portion 332 . That is, the soft portion 331 deforms more easily than the support portion 332 . In general, the hardness of the flooring 10 (surface material 163) is designed to be higher than the hardness of the dry joint material in order to suppress deformation of the flooring 10 when stress due to the weight of a person is applied. be. In other words, the hardness of the soft part 331 is smaller than the hardness of the floor 10 of the washing place, and the soft part 331 deforms more easily than the floor 10 of the washing place.

Further, in the examples shown in FIGS. 5, 6A, and 6B, the wall-side contact portion 32 has a soft portion 321 and a support portion 322 . The soft portion 321 is provided closer to the tip of the wall-side contact portion 32 than the support portion 322 is. The hardness of the soft portion 331 is lower than the hardness of the support portion 332 . Also, generally, the stiffness of the wall panel 20 is designed to be higher than that of typical dry joint compounds to reduce deformation of the wall panel 20 when stress is applied. In other words, the hardness of the soft portion 321 is lower than the hardness of the wall panel 20 .

For example, materials for the insertion portion 31, the support portion 322, and the support portion 332 include polyolefin resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, styrene resins such as polystyrene and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer), vinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, and the like. A polyester-based resin, a polyamide-based resin such as nylon, a fluororesin, or the like can be used.

Gel can be used for the soft portion 321 and the soft portion 331 . By using the gel, it is possible to provide the soft portion 321 and the soft portion 331 with appropriate durability while imparting flexibility. Gels include, for example, silicone gels, acrylic gels, urethane gels, and the like. For example, the dry joint material 30 is integrally formed by two-color molding the materials of the insertion portion 31, the support portions 322, and 332 and the materials of the soft portions 321 and 331.

According to the mounting structure 1 according to the embodiment, the soft portion 331 of the floor-side extension portion 33 contacts the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 of the washing area and is sandwiched between the floor 10 of the washing area and the support portion 332 . As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the shape of the soft portion 331 deforms along the concave portion 121 and the convex portion 122 of the upper surface 12 . 7 shows the structure of the floor 10 of the washing area and the extension 33 on the floor side when cut along a plane parallel to the surface of the wall panel 20. As shown in FIG.

By deforming the shape of the soft portion 331 along the concave portion 121 and the convex portion 122, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the floor-side extending portion 33 and the upper surface 12 (in particular, the upper surface of the concave portion 121). Therefore, according to the present embodiment, even when the floor-side extending portion 33 is brought into contact with the uneven upper surface 12, dirty water or the like during bathing enters between the upper surface of the recess 121 and the dry joint material 30. can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to suppress the generation of darkening and bad odor in the vicinity of the dry joint material 30 .

Similarly, by inserting the dry joint material 30 according to the embodiment into the gap between the floor 10 of the washing area and the wall panel 20, even if the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 of the washing area has uneven shapes, the dry joint material 30 can It is possible to suppress the formation of a gap with the upper surface 12 (in particular, the upper surface of the recess 121).

In addition, in order to prevent a gap from occurring between the floor 10 of the washing area and the dry joint material 30, a method of manufacturing the surface material 163 so that the edge of the floor 10 of the washing area (the surface material 163) does not have an uneven shape. is also conceivable. However, in this method, the surface material 163 needs to be produced for each plumbing unit room, and the manufacturing cost of the surface material 163 increases.
In addition to the above method, there is also a method in which a large sheet-like member having the structure of the surface material 163 is prepared, and a part of this member is cut out and used as the surface material 163 . According to this method, it is not necessary to design and manufacture the surface material 163 corresponding to each plumbing unit room, so the manufacturing cost of the surface material 163 can be reduced.
In this method, the edge of the cut surface material 163 has an uneven shape. It is possible to suppress the formation of gaps between them.

The hardness of the washroom floor 10 and the support portion 332 can be measured using a durometer conforming to the "hardness test method for plastics" defined in JIS K 7215, for example. Further, the hardness of the soft portion 331 can be measured using, for example, a durometer conforming to JIS K 6253 "Testing Method for Hardness of Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Rubber". The hardness of each member measured with these durometers is, for example, as follows.
The hardness of the support portion 332 is 50 or more and 70 or less. The hardness of the upper surface 12 of the washroom floor 10 is 75 or more and 95 or less. The hardness of the soft portion 331 is 1 or more and 30 or less.
If the hardness of each member is within these ranges, the soft portion 331 is sufficiently deformed with respect to the upper surface 12 and the support portion 332, and the occurrence of gaps between the floor 10 of the washing space and the wall panel 20 is preferably suppressed. can.
When comparing the hardness of each member, the hardness of each member is measured using a durometer conforming to one of JIS K 7215 and JIS K 6253, and the measurement results are compared. In this case, the hardness of the soft portion 331 or the hardness of the washing floor 10 and the support portion 332 may not be measured accurately. However, a correct result can be obtained for the magnitude relationship of hardness.

The thickness T (shown in FIG. 6B) of the soft portion 331 before contacting the floor 10 of the washing area is the length in the height direction (vertical direction) between the upper surface 122a of the convex portion 122 and the upper surface 121a of the concave portion 121. It is desirable that the height be greater than L (shown in FIG. 7).
In other words, the thickness T is the dimension of the soft portion 331 in the height direction. When the dimension of the soft portion 331 in the height direction varies depending on the location, the maximum value of the dimension can be the thickness T of the soft portion 331 . As the thickness T when compared with the length L, the dimension in the height direction of the soft portion 331 in the state before the dry joint material 30 is attached, in which the soft portion 331 is not deformed by compression, is used.
If the thickness T is greater than the length L, the entire concave portion 121 is easily embedded by the soft portion 331 when the soft portion 331 is deformed. This makes it more difficult for a gap to occur between the washing place floor 10 and the dry joint material 30 .

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 is preferably provided with an inclined surface 123a connecting the upper surface 121a of the concave portion 121 and the upper surface 122a of the convex portion 122. As shown in FIG.
For example, the upper surface 121a and the upper surface 122a are horizontally parallel. The washing place floor 10 and the soft part 331 are superimposed on each other in the height direction. The inclined surface 123a is inclined with respect to these horizontal and height directions. Also, the angle θ1 between the upper surface 121a and the inclined surface 123a and the angle θ2 between the upper surface 122a and the inclined surface 123a are obtuse angles.
According to such a configuration, when the soft portion 331 abuts against the washing floor 10 and is compressed and deformed, the soft portion 331 is easily deformed along the inclined surface 123a toward the upper surface 121a. Therefore, a gap is less likely to occur between the soft portion 331 and the upper surface 12 .

A curved surface (R) may be provided at a corner portion (internal corner) connecting the upper surface 121a and the inclined surface 123a and a corner portion (external corner) connecting the upper surface 122a and the inclined surface 123a. For example, the curvature radius of the curved surface is 0.5 mm or more. By providing the curved surface at the protruding corner, the soft portion 331 in contact with the upper surface 122a of the convex portion 122 is easily deformed toward the upper surface 121a of the recessed portion 121 without being caught by the protruding corner. In addition, since the inside corner is provided with a curved surface, the inside corner is easily embedded by the soft portion 331 . As a result, a gap is less likely to occur between the soft portion 331 and the upper surface 12 .
In addition, when a curved surface is provided at an internal corner, the angle θ1 described above is calculated based on the planar portion of the upper surface 121a and the inclined surface 123a excluding the curved surface. Similarly, when a curved surface is provided at the outward corner, the above-described angle θ2 is calculated based on the planar portion of the upper surface 122a and the inclined surface 123a excluding the curved surface.

When the wall panel 20 is placed on the wall mounting member 13, part of the wall mounting member 13 is positioned between the wall mounting recess 11 and the wall panel 20 as shown in FIG. The insertion portion 31 is desirably inserted into the portion of the wall-mounting member 13 .
A wall panel 20 is mounted on the wall mounting member 13 . That is, the wall mounting member 13 is pushed downward by the weight of the wall panel 20 . When the insertion portion 31 is inserted into the wall-mounting member 13 , the weight of the wall panel 20 continuously presses the insertion portion 31 downward together with the wall-mounting member 13 . Thereby, even after the dry joint material 30 is attached, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the washing space floor 10 and the soft portion 331 .

When the wall panel 20 is placed on the wall-mounting member 13, the wall-mounting member 13 and the insertion portion 31 can be pressed downward together with the wall-mounting member 13 more strongly and stably. desirable. For example, a portion where the wall mounting member 13 and the insertion portion 31 contact each other is configured to generate a large frictional force.
Alternatively, desirably, the insertion portion 31 has a locking portion 311 that is hooked and locked to the wall-mounting member 13, as shown in FIG. When the insertion portion 31 is fitted to the wall-mounting member 13 , the locking portion 311 provided at the tip of the insertion portion 31 (lower end of the dry joint material 30 ) is caught in the depression 131 provided in the wall-mounting member 13 . . As a result, upward displacement of the dry joint material 30 with respect to the wall-mounting member 13 can be suppressed more reliably. Further, by using the engaging portion 311, the dry joint material 30 can be fixed to the wall-mounted member 13 only by fitting the insertion portion 31 to the wall-mounted member 13, and the dry joint material 30 can be easily mounted. .

The characteristics of the soft portion 331 can be changed as appropriate as long as the hardness of the soft portion 331 is lower than the hardness of the support portion 332 .
For example, the soft portion 331 has elasticity. After the dry joint material 30 is installed, the positional relationship between the washing space floor 10 and the dry joint material 30 becomes minute due to the use of the plumbing unit room by the user or deformation of each member due to temperature changes. Subject to change. When the soft portion 331 has elasticity, even when the washing space floor 10 and the dry joint material 30 are displaced away from each other, the shape of the soft portion 331 changes according to the displacement. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the washing space floor 10 and the soft portion 331 after the dry joint material 30 is attached.
The soft portion 331 may have viscosity. If the soft part 331 has viscosity, when the soft part 331 comes into contact with the upper surface 12 of the floor 10 of the washing place, the soft part 331 is likely to stick to the upper surface 12 . Thus, even when the positional relationship between the floor 10 of the washing area and the dry joint material 30 is changed after the dry joint material 30 is attached, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the floor 10 of the washing area and the soft part 331.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, it is desirable that the soft portion 331 be completely covered from above by the support portion 332 when the dry joint material 30 is attached. Since the soft portion 331 is softer than the support portion 332, it is easily damaged. When the dry joint material 30 is damaged, dirty water collects in the damage, which causes blackening and bad odor due to mold and the like. Since the soft portion 331 is covered with the support portion 332 from above, the soft portion 331 is less likely to be damaged, and the generation of blackening and bad odor can be suppressed.

Moreover, it is desirable that the upper surface of the dry joint material 30 is inclined downward toward the floor 10 of the washing space. According to this structure, the water on the dry joint material 30 easily flows toward the washing place floor 10, and the water on the dry joint material 30 is less likely to accumulate.

The wall-side contact portion 32 preferably has a support portion 322 and a soft portion 321 as shown in FIGS. 5, 6(a), and 6(b).
When the dry joint material 30 is inserted into the gap between the wall mounting recess 11 and the wall panel 20, the wall-side contact portion 32 contacts the surface of the wall panel 20 and deforms. As a result, the flexible portion 321 is positioned between the wall panel 20 and the support portion 322 in the horizontal direction.
The surface of the wall panel 20 may also have minute unevenness. In particular, relatively large depressions are likely to occur at the joints between panel members. Since the wall-side abutting portion 32 is also provided with the soft portion 321, the soft portion 321 is deformed along the unevenness of the surface of the wall panel 20, and a gap is generated between the dry joint material 30 and the wall panel 20. can be suppressed.
