Description
Claims (5)
- 血糖測定のためにアプリケーターを通じて身体に挿入付着する血糖測定用身体付着ユニットにおいて、
底面が肌に付着するように形成されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内部に配置されるPCB基板と、
前記ハウジングの底面から外部に突き出されるように前記ハウジング内部に配置されて、前記ハウジングが肌に付着する時には身体に挿入されるセンサープローブ部と、
前記PCB基板の電気接点に接触されることができるように形成されるセンサーボディー部と、
を含むセンサー部材と、
前記ハウジングに装着されて前記センサーボディー部を加圧して前記PCB基板の電気接点に接触させるように使用者の操作によって作動する加圧作動モジュールと、
を含み、
前記センサーボディー部には前記加圧作動モジュールの加圧によって変形して前記PCB基板の電気接点に接触する加圧変形部が形成され、
前記加圧変形部は、前記センサーボディー部に一部領域が切開された形態で形成され、前記加圧変形部の切開ライン上には一部区間で切開されない形態のブリッジ部が形成され、
前記センサーボディー部には、前記PCB基板の電気接点に接触するように前記加圧変形部が形成され、
前記センサープローブ部は、前記センサーボディー部の一側から折曲される形態で延長形成されて身体に挿入され、
前記加圧作動モジュールの作動によって前記加圧変形部が前記PCB基板の電気接点に接触することによって作動開始される
ことを特徴とする血糖測定用身体付着ユニット。 - 前記加圧変形部は前記センサーボディー部の中心領域に形成された第1切開線に沿って切開された形態の第1切開領域を含んで、前記第1切開領域が前記加圧作動モジュールによって加圧変形され、前記ブリッジ部は前記第1切開線の一部区間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血糖測定用身体付着ユニット。
- 前記加圧変形部は前記センサーボディー部の中心領域に前記第1切開線の外郭領域に形成された第2切開線に沿って切開された形態の第2切開領域をさらに含んで、前記第1切開領域及び第2切開領域が前記加圧作動モジュールによって加圧変形され、前記ブリッジ部は前記第1切開線及び第2切開線の一部区間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の血糖測定用身体付着ユニット。
- 前記第1切開線は閉ループのうちで一部区間が開放された形態で形成され、前記第2切開線は前記第1切開線の開放された区間を外部で囲む閉ループ形態で前記第1切開線の開放された区間と対向される位置に開放された区間を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の血糖測定用身体付着ユニット。
- 前記ハウジング内部には前記加圧変形部が前記PCB基板の電気接点から一定間隔離隔されるように位置するように前記センサーボディー部を支持するセンサー支持部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちで何れか一つに記載の血糖測定用身体付着ユニット。
