Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a flexible shelf that can be fixed at an arbitrary height between opposing wall surfaces, and storage furniture using the flexible shelf.

Conventionally, shelf boards of storage furniture have dowel holes on the left and right side boards at the same height at predetermined intervals, and metal dowels called shelf dowels receive grooves provided at the four corners of the bottom surface of the shelf board to hold the shelf. A method of fixing the board is used, which allows the mounting position of the dowels to be freely selected, so the height of the shelf board can be adjusted. Designability is also deteriorated. Furthermore, no matter how many dowel holes are provided, it is not possible to fix the shelf board at an arbitrary height in units of mm. I couldn't do it.

In order to solve this problem, JP-A-2003-100002 discloses a structure in which a plurality of pipes (inner pipes are slidable) are installed between opposing predetermined walls by spring compression in a strut style. It is freely inserted into the outer tube) and is fixed at any place. By rotating the screw on one of the frame plates, the compression force of the spring can be adjusted, and the shelf plate can be crimped and fixed to the wall surface. A telescoping shelf is disclosed with members that can be fixed at any height between opposing walls.

However, since this shelf board is pipe-shaped, small stored items fall through the gaps, and the appearance of the shelf board is unsuitable for general storage furniture. On the other hand, Patent Literature 2 discloses a shelf board that is attached between opposing wall surfaces by providing a shelf board mounting tool on one end side of the shelf board. This shelf board fixture can be screwed to a normal shelf board, and has a crimping member that stretches and fixes the crimping surface against the wall surface with a coil spring, and is crimped to the wall surface by rotating an adjusting nut.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-36259

However, one end of the shelf board has a crimping member protruding even though it is small. If not, a gap will open and efficient storage will not be possible. In addition, the adjusting nut is small and positioned on the lower surface of the shelf, making adjustment difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its object is to use a flexible shelf board that can be easily fixed at an arbitrary height between opposing wall surfaces and has a good appearance, and a flexible shelf board. It is related to storage furniture.

A first aspect of the invention is a flat plate-shaped flexible shelf board that can be fixed at an arbitrary height between wall surfaces formed of opposing flat surfaces, and an insertion portion is formed on a side surface of at least one end side of the flexible shelf board. a crimping member having a plurality of crimping portions is inserted into the insertion portion in a state in which the plurality of crimping portions protrude from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate by elastic force; When the flexible shelf board is fixed to the wall surface, the pressing part of the crimping member is pressed against the wall surface by the elastic force, and the flexible shelf board is supported by the crimping member. is configured to be crimped and fixed to the wall surface by the frictional force between the pressure contact portion and the plane of the wall surface.

In the first aspect of the invention, an insertion portion is formed in at least one end side surface of the flexible shelf plate in order to fix the space between the wall surfaces formed of opposing flat surfaces at an arbitrary height, and the crimping member is provided in the insertion portion. A plurality of press-contact portions are inserted in a state of projecting from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate by elastic force , and the press-contact portions are provided at the tip portion of the crimp member facing the wall surface in the projecting direction. The press-contact portion of the crimping member is pressed against the wall surface by elastic force, and the flexible shelf is press - fitted and fixed to the wall surface by the frictional force between the press-contact portion and the flat surface of the wall surface. Even without using dowels or metal fittings, it is fixed in a state of being stretched against the wall surface by the frictional force with the wall surface due to the crimping force of the crimping member. Therefore, the flexible shelf board can be attached and detached easily, and since there are no dowels or metal fittings visible after detaching, a beautiful appearance can be obtained.

The second invention is a flat plate-like universal shelf board that can be fixed at an arbitrary height between the wall surfaces composed of opposing flat surfaces, similar to the invention of the flexible shelf board according to claim 1, An insertion portion is formed on a side surface of at least one end of the universal shelf plate, and the insertion portion is a concave groove that opens to the side surface of the universal shelf plate. The plurality of press-contact portions are inserted in a state of protruding from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate. The crimping member is a U-shaped leaf spring having a pair of halves formed by bending the leaf spring at an intermediate portion, and is inserted into the insertion portion of the flexible shelf plate so that both ends of the leaf spring face each other. The press-contact portion is provided on the outer surface of the wall-side half of the plate spring so as to protrude from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate and press against the wall surface. The flexible shelf is pressed against the wall surface by the elastic force, and the flexible shelf is crimped and fixed to the wall surface by the frictional force between the press-contact portion and the flat surface of the wall surface. Characterized by

In this second invention, the same effect as the invention of the flexible shelf described in claim 1 can be obtained. In addition, the crimping member is a U-shaped leaf spring, and the repulsive force of the simple leaf spring acts between the flexible shelf board and the wall surface, and the bi-directional urging force is used to fix it with the pressure contact force. be. Further, the pressing force per unit area is increased by the protruding pressure contact portion provided on the outer surface of the wall surface side half of the leaf spring, so that the plate spring can be firmly fixed.

A third invention, like the invention of the flexible shelf board according to claim 1 , is a flat flexible shelf board that can be fixed at an arbitrary height between opposed flat wall surfaces, An insertion portion is formed on the side surface of at least one end of the flexible shelf plate, and the insertion portion of the flexible shelf plate has a plurality of through holes that are open to the side surface of the flexible shelf plate and communicate with the space inside the flexible shelf plate. A crimping member having a plurality of pressure contact portions is inserted into the insertion portion in a state in which the plurality of pressure contact portions protrude from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate by elastic force. The crimping member is accommodated in the shaft portion inserted into the insertion hole of the universal shelf plate and the space portion in the universal shelf plate, and the shaft portion is attached so that the tip protrudes from the side surface of the universal shelf plate. and a pressure contact portion provided at the tip of the shaft portion and biased toward the wall surface by the coil spring to press against the wall surface. The pressure contact portion is pressed against the wall surface by the elastic force, and the flexible shelf is fixed to the wall surface by the frictional force between the pressure contact portion and the flat surface of the wall surface. characterized by

In this third invention, the same effect as the invention of the flexible shelf board according to claim 1 can be obtained. In addition, the shaft portion of the crimping member is urged toward the wall surface by the coil spring in the space of the flexible shelf plate, and the tip protrudes from the side surface of the flexible shelf plate. fixed to According to this, since the spring portion cannot be seen from the front side of the shelf board, a more attractive flexible shelf board can be obtained.

A fourth invention relates to storage furniture using the flexible shelf board according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the flexible shelf board can be placed at any position in the height direction between the facing side plates of the storage furniture. is crimped and fixed.

In the fourth invention, in the storage furniture using the flexible shelf board, since the flexible shelf board can be fixed at an arbitrary height, unnecessary gaps in the storage furniture can be eliminated and efficient storage can be achieved. can.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the flexible shelf board which can be fixed to arbitrary heights of a wall surface with a simple structure, and can change a fixing position freely is obtained. In addition, if this flexible shelf board is used for storage furniture, it can be fixed at any position on the side plate of the storage furniture at an arbitrary height, so that unnecessary gaps can be eliminated and efficient storage can be achieved.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. The following embodiments are essentially preferable examples, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, its applications, or its uses.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a flexible shelf board 1 of the present invention. Grooves are provided in the left and right side portions 1b of the front portion 1a, and insertion portions 1c are provided for inserting crimping members (leaf springs) 2, which will be described below. Note that the flexible shelf plate 1 shown in FIG. 3 does not have a groove extending to the rear surface, and has a U-shaped wall on the rear surface side when viewed from the side. This portion is a thrusting portion 1d and may be provided so that the crimping member 2 does not fall to the back side.

The crimping member 2 is formed by folding a plate spring made of metal or resin at a folded portion 2b at substantially the center to form the crimping member 2 having elasticity. Two prismatic pressure contact portions 2c are provided on the wall surface side of the folded leaf spring, and the repulsive force of the leaf spring is applied to the pressure contact portion with a small area, so the pressure contact force per unit area increases and is firmly fixed. can. As shown in FIG. 3, in order to increase the frictional force of the contact surface with respect to the wall, the pressure contact portion 2c may be formed as a pressure contact portion 2c' having an uneven surface or affixed with a sheet having a large frictional force.

The flexible shelf board 1 can be fixed at an arbitrary height between opposing wall surfaces, and can also be provided between indoor wall surfaces. If the plate 1 is installed, it can be fixed at an arbitrary height without being limited to the positions of the dowel holes, like conventional storage furniture. FIG. 5 shows a partial shelf board of the storage furniture 4 shown in FIG. The flexible shelf board 1 is crimped and fixed at an arbitrary height by a crimping member 2 inserted into the insertion portion 1c. The facing wall surface may be the wall surface 3 in the room as well as the side plate 4a of the storage furniture.

The mounting method of the flexible shelf board 1 to the storage furniture 4 is as follows: After inserting the crimping member 2 into the insertion part 1c of the flexible shelf board 1, both ends 2a are pinched with fingers to dent the leaf springs 2, and the side plate 4a is fixed to the desired position. The leaf spring 2 is inflated and crimped and fixed by releasing the finger. It is preferable to use the crimping members (leaf springs) 2 at both ends of the flexible shelf plate 1 because force is applied evenly, but they may be used at one end. According to this, since the crimping member 2 can be operated from the front side of the flexible shelf board 1 to operate attachment/detachment, the shelf board can be easily moved.

FIG. 6 shows part of the flexible shelf board 1 when another crimping member (coil spring) 5 is used. In this figure, the bottom surface (lower surface) is turned up for easy explanation. The inserting portions 1c (two circles) carved from the side portion 1b communicate internally with the spaces (two squares) carved on the bottom side.

FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show a bottom view of a flexible shelf board and a wall surface with crimping members (coil springs) 5 attached to the insertion portion 1c, and a schematic view of a cross section as seen from the side. The crimping member 5 is composed of a coil spring 5a, an adjusting piece 5b, a shaft portion 5c, and a pressure contact portion 5d.

The adjustment piece 5b is pushed outward by the coil spring 5a, and the pressure contact portion 5d provided at the tip of the shaft portion 5c that abuts from the adjustment piece 5b to the outside is crimped and fixed to the wall surface 3 (4a in the case of storage furniture).

As shown in FIG. 8, the flexible shelf 1 can be attached and detached by manipulating the tip of the adjusting piece 5b (located on the bottom side of the shelf in use) with a finger. Since the adjusting piece 5b is located on the lower surface side of the flexible shelf board 1, it does not become an obstacle when storing articles.

According to the coil spring specification, although the mechanism becomes complicated, the operation part of the crimping member cannot be seen from the front, so the appearance is improved.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention provides a flexible shelf board that can be fixed at any height between opposing wall surfaces, and is useful as a shelf board for storage furniture.
