Description
Claims (16)
- 選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)装置のための粉体ベッドカートであって、
粉体ベッドと、
粉体ベッドカートの自律式の移動手段と、
前記粉体ベッドカートをSLS装置のプリンターハウジングとドッキングさせるための手段と、を有し、
前記自律式の移動手段は、場所センサと、前記粉体ベッドカートの下面に配置された車輪と、前記粉体ベッドカートを所望の目的地に誘導し且つ推進させる電気モータと、前記電気モータに電力を供給するバッテリーを含み、
前記粉体ベッドカートは、供給エリアステーション内でドッキングされるように構成され、前記供給エリアステーションにおいて、前記粉体ベッドカートのバッテリーの再充電が行われ、前記粉体ベッドカートの加熱要素が、前記バッテリーではなく、出力接続部から外される、粉体ベッドカート。 - 前記ドッキングさせるための手段は、粉体ベッドの鉛直方向位置を前記プリンターハウジング内の作動位置まで上昇させる鉛直方向調整手段を含む、請求項1に記載の粉体ベッドカート。
- 粉体ベッドは、引込み可能なカバーによって覆われる、請求項1に記載の粉体ベッドカート。
- 前記引込み可能なカバーは、前記粉体ベッドの温度を維持するために、一体加熱要素を含む、請求項3に記載の粉体ベッドカート。
- 更に、粉体化材料を保持する1つ又は2つ以上のトレイを有する、請求項1に記載の粉体ベッドカート。
- 前記粉体ベッドカートは、処理後ステーションにドッキングされるように構成され、前記処理後ステーションにおいて、前記粉体ベッドカートは、荷下ろし、非粉体化、印刷されたパーツのクリーニング、及び、粉体化材料の1つ又は2つ以上のトレイに再充填することのうちの少なくとも1つを行う、請求項5に記載の粉体ベッドカート。
- 選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)装置のためのプリンターハウジングであって、
SLS装置用の自律式の粉体ベッドカートとドッキングするように構成された開口と、
レーザビームを発生させるように構成されたレーザ源と、
画像システムと、を有し、
前記自律式の粉体ベッドカートは、粉体ベッドを含み、
前記画像システムは、レーザビームを前記粉体ベッドの中に配置された粉体化材料の上で走査させるように構成され、それにより、粉体化材料は、レーザビームによって加熱された箇所に固形化した塊を形成し、
前記プリンターハウジングは、前記自律式の粉体ベッドカートを待機エリアから前記プリンターハウジングの開口まで移動させる要求を前記自律式の粉体ベッドカートに送信するように構成される、プリンターハウジング。 - 更に、粉体化材料を保持する1つ又は2つ以上のトレイを有する、請求項7に記載のプリンターハウジング。
- 前記開口は、前記複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカートとドッキングするように構成される、請求項7に記載のプリンターハウジング。
- 更に、前記粉体ベッド内の粉体化材料を広げるように構成されたローラを有する、請求項7に記載のプリンターハウジング。
- 更に、音声及び/又は映像情報を制御ステーションに送信したり前記制御ステーションから受信したりするように構成された遠隔ユニットを有する、請求項7に記載のプリンターハウジング。
- 選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システムであって、
第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカートと、
第2の複数のプリンターハウジングと、
制御ステーションと、を有し、
前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングの各々は、前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカートの1つ又は2つ以上とドッキングするように構成され、
前記制御ステーションは、前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカート及び前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングの作動を制御するために、前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカート及び前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングと通信可能に接続され、
前記制御ステーションは、前記第1の複数の自立式の粉体ベッドカートの各々の中の材料の種類及び量の記録を維持するように構成される、選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システム。 - 前記制御ステーションは、前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカートを待機エリアから前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングのうちの1つの開口まで移動させる要求を送信するように構成される、請求項12に記載の選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システム。
- 前記制御ステーションは、音声及び/又は映像情報を前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカート及び前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングのうちの1つ又は2つ以上から受信するように構成される、請求項12に記載の選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システム。
- 前記制御ステーションは、前記音声及び/又は映像情報を1つ又は2つ以上のクライアントステーションに送信するように構成される、請求項14に記載の選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システム。
- 前記制御ステーションは、前記第1の複数の自律式の粉体ベッドカート及び前記第2の複数のプリンターハウジングの作動を制御するように構成された命令を1つ又は2つ以上のクライアントステーションから受信するように構成される、請求項12に記載の選択的レーザ焼結(SLS)印刷システム。
