Claims (6)
- 外歯を有するインナロータと、
前記インナロータを偏心状態で回転可能に収容する筒状のインナ収容部と、前記外歯に噛合する内歯と、を有するアウタロータと、
前記インナロータ及び前記アウタロータを収容する筒状のロータ収容部と、前記ロータ収容部の筒壁から径方向外方へ突出するフランジ部と、を有する第1コアと、
前記フランジ部に軸方向で当接する当接部を有し、前記ロータ収容部の開口を閉塞する盤状の第2コアと、
前記第2コアに対向配置される樹脂製のハウジングと、
前記フランジ部、前記当接部、及び前記ハウジングそれぞれに設けられた各締結孔に挿入され、前記第1コアと前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとを締結する締結部材と、
前記ハウジングの前記締結孔の内面と前記締結部材の外面との間に介在する第1ブッシュと、
を備える歯車ポンプであって、
前記フランジ部と前記当接部とが互いに当接しかつ前記ハウジングが前記第2コアに対向配置された状態で、前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとの対向面間に隙間が形成され、
前記締結部材が前記第1コアと前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとを締結した状態で、前記ハウジングの前記締結孔の軸方向寸法が、前記第1ブッシュの軸方向寸法に比して小さい、歯車ポンプ。 - 外歯を有するインナロータと、
前記インナロータを偏心状態で回転可能に収容する筒状のインナ収容部と、前記外歯に噛合する内歯と、を有するアウタロータと、
前記インナロータ及び前記アウタロータを収容する筒状のロータ収容部と、前記ロータ収容部の筒壁から径方向外方へ突出するフランジ部と、を有する第1コアと、
前記フランジ部に軸方向で当接する当接部を有し、前記ロータ収容部の開口を閉塞する盤状の第2コアと、
前記第2コアに対向配置される樹脂製のハウジングと、
前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとの対向面間に配置されるシール部材と、
を備える歯車ポンプであって、
前記フランジ部と前記当接部とが互いに当接しかつ前記ハウジングが前記第2コアに対向配置された状態で、前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとの対向面間に隙間が形成され、
前記シール部材は、前記第2コア及び前記ハウジングに設けられる液体流入通路と、前記第2コア及び前記ハウジングに設けられる液体排出通路と、の双方をシールするように一体形成されている、歯車ポンプ。 - 前記フランジ部、前記当接部、及び前記ハウジングそれぞれに設けられた各締結孔に挿入され、前記第1コアと前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとを締結する締結部材と、
前記ハウジングの前記締結孔の内面と前記締結部材の外面との間に介在する第1ブッシュと、
を備え、
前記締結部材が前記第1コアと前記第2コアと前記ハウジングとを締結した状態で、前記ハウジングの前記締結孔の軸方向寸法が、前記第1ブッシュの軸方向寸法に比して小さい、請求項2に記載された歯車ポンプ。 - 前記インナロータは、駆動シャフトに固定され、
前記第1コアは、前記ロータ収容部の底壁から軸方向外方へ突出して、前記駆動シャフトが挿通される挿通孔が形成された筒状のシャフト支持部を有し、
前記第1コアの前記シャフト支持部の内面と前記駆動シャフトの外面との間に介在する第2ブッシュを備える、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載された歯車ポンプ。 - 前記第2ブッシュは、前記第1コアの前記シャフト支持部の内面と前記駆動シャフトの外面との間に配置されるブッシュ筒部と、前記ブッシュ筒部の軸方向内端部から径方向外方へ突出するブッシュフランジ部と、を有し、
前記ブッシュフランジ部は、前記ロータ収容部の底壁と前記インナロータの軸方向面との間及び前記ロータ収容部の底壁と前記アウタロータの軸方向面との間に配置される、請求項4に記載された歯車ポンプ。 - 前記第1コア及び前記第2コアはそれぞれ、金属又は熱硬化性樹脂により形成された切削加工品である、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載された歯車ポンプ。
