前記充填ノズル側のガス供給接続路に接続された第1継手と前記ガス供給管路側のガス供給接続路に接続された第2継手とからなり、通常時には前記第1継手と前記第2継手とが接続され、緊急時には前記第1継手と前記第2継手とが分離する分離継手と、
前記第1継手と前記第2継手とが分離したことを検出する検出手段と、
を備え、
前記検出手段は、前記分離継手の前記第2継手側に設けられた検出部と前記分離継手の前記第1継手側に設けられた移動部とを有し、前記第1継手と前記第2継手とが接続されることにより前記検出部と前記移動部とが接続され、前記第1継手と前記第2継手とが分離することに伴い、前記検出部と前記移動部とが離間することにより、前記第1継手と前記第2継手との分離を検出することを特徴とする水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記検出部および前記移動部は、前記検出部から移動する前記移動部の移動方向と前記第2継手から分離する前記第1継手の分離方向とが平行となるように前記分離継手に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素ガス充填装置。
- 前記検出部は、開口部を有しており、
前記移動部は、前記検出部の前記開口部を閉塞する閉塞部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記移動部は、前記第1継手に設けられ、水平方向に延出する延出部であり、
前記検出部は、前記第2継手の筐体内部に設けられ、前記閉塞部となる前記延出部により閉塞される前記開口部を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記検出手段の内部にガスを供給するガス供給手段と、
前記検出手段の内部の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、
を備え、
前記検出手段は、前記圧力検出手段により前記検出手段の内部の圧力が低下したことを検出した場合に、前記分離継手が分離したことを検出することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記ガス供給管路には、供給される駆動ガスが所定圧力である場合に前記駆動ガスによって開弁維持される遮断弁が設けられており、
前記遮断弁には、前記駆動ガスを供給させる駆動ガス供給路が接続されており、
前記駆動ガス供給路の端部は、前記開口部に接続されており、
前記分離継手の分離により、前記検出手段内部の圧力が低下した場合には、前記駆動ガス供給路内の圧力低下に起因して前記遮断弁が閉弁することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記検出手段の内部の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段を備え、
前記検出手段は、前記圧力検出手段により前記検出手段の内部の圧力が低下したことを検出した場合に、前記分離継手が分離したことを検出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水素ガス充填装置。 - 前記検出部に設けられ、前記移動部と接触しているか否かを検出する接触検出手段を備え、
前記検出手段は、前記接触検出手段により前記移動部が接触していないことを検出した場合に、前記分離継手が分離したことを検出することを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4,6のいずれかに記載の水素ガス充填装置。
