Description
項1.
血液流路が形成されたハウジングと、
前記血液流路に血液が流れるように前記ハウジングに設けられた血液導入ポート及び血液導出ポートと、
前記血液流路に設けられた複数本の中空糸膜の束を備えたガス交換部と、
前記中空糸膜の内腔内に酸素を含有するガスを流通させるように前記ハウジングに設けられたガス流入ポート及びガス流出ポートと、
前記中空糸膜の内腔を流通するガスを温度調節するガス温度調節部と
を備えた中空糸膜型人工肺。
項2.
酸素を含有するガスがヘリウムガスをさらに含む、項1に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
項3.
前記ガス温度調節部が、冷温水流通管である、項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
項4.
前記ガス温度調節部が、中空糸内の棒状部材と前記棒状部材の温度調節機構から構成される、項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
項5.
前記中空糸膜と前記ガス温度調節部が熱交換部を構成し、前記人工肺が中空糸膜型ガス・熱交換装置である、項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
項6.
ガス流出ポートから放出されるガスからヘリウムを回収するガス分離膜をさらに備える、項2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。

Claims (8)
- 血液流路が形成されたハウジングと、
前記血液流路に血液が流れるように前記ハウジングに設けられた血液導入ポート及び血液導出ポートと、
前記血液流路に設けられた複数本の中空糸膜の束を備えたガス交換部と、
前記中空糸膜の内腔内に酸素を含有するガスを流通させるように前記ハウジングに設けられたガス流入ポート及びガス流出ポートと、
前記中空糸膜の内腔を流通するガスの温度を調節するガス温度調節部と、
前記ガス温度調節部として中空糸膜内に挿入された冷温水流通管
を備えた中空糸膜型人工肺。 - 血液流路が形成されたハウジングと、
前記血液流路に血液が流れるように前記ハウジングに設けられた血液導入ポート及び血液導出ポートと、
前記血液流路に設けられた複数本の中空糸膜の束を備えたガス交換部と、
前記中空糸膜の内腔内に酸素を含有するガスを流通させるように前記ハウジングに設けられたガス流入ポート及びガス流出ポートと、
前記中空糸膜の内腔を流通するガスの温度を調節するガス温度調節部とを備え、
前記ガス温度調節部が、中空糸内の棒状部材と前記棒状部材の冷却機構から構成される、中空糸膜型人工肺。 - 酸素を含有するガスがヘリウムガスをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
- 前記中空糸膜と前記ガス温度調節部が熱交換部を構成し、前記人工肺が中空糸膜型ガス・熱交換装置である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
- ガス流出ポートから放出されるガスからヘリウムを回収するガス分離膜をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
- 前記ガス温度調節部は、人工肺内部で血液と中空糸膜が接触する局所を選択的に冷却することができるものである、請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
- 前記ガス温度調節部は、酸素を含有するガスの温度を前記内腔で調節するものである、請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
- 前記ガス温度調節部が、前記中空糸膜の内腔を流通するガスの温度を中空糸膜の内腔の全長にわたり調節するものである、請求項1又は2に記載の中空糸膜型人工肺。
