Description
i. 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 閉鎖温度制御環境(confined temperature controlling environment)を用意するステップ;
iii. 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を閉鎖温度制御環境内に入れるステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 閉鎖温度制御環境内の硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を照射するステップ;及び
vi. 照射された熱硬化性樹脂基材を成形するステップ
を含む、硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を成形する方法が提供される。
(a)少なくとも1の反応度数(reactivity number)(以下に定義する)を有する液体フェノールレゾールと;
(b)レゾール用の強酸硬化剤と
の間の硬化反応を、
(c)液体レゾールの少なくとも5重量%の量で存在し、レゾール及び硬化剤を含有する混合物全体に実質的に均一に分散した、不活性且つ不溶性の微粉化粒子状固体
の存在下で実行することによって生成されてもよく、
熱を加えられることに起因する、レゾール及び硬化剤を含有する混合物の温度は85℃を超えず、前記温度及び酸硬化剤の濃度は、硬化反応の副生成物として生じる化合物が混合物の固化前に混合物中で揮発し、それによって発泡済みフェノール樹脂生成物が生成されるような温度及び濃度である。
好ましくは、電磁放射線は、マイクロ波放射線、電波(RF,radio wave)、超音波、及び赤外線、並びにそれらの組み合わせから選択される。

i. 硬化済み熱硬化性連続気泡発泡樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 温度制御環境として液体を用意するステップ;
iii. 硬化済み熱硬化性発泡樹脂基材の連続気泡を、液体で少なくとも部分的に飽和させるステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 少なくとも部分的に飽和した硬化済み連続気泡熱硬化性発泡樹脂基材を照射するステップ;及び
vi. 照射された連続気泡熱硬化性発泡樹脂基材を成形するステップ
を含む、硬化済み連続気泡熱硬化性発泡樹脂基材を成形する方法が提供される。
i. 予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 閉鎖温度制御環境を用意するステップ;
iii. 予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を閉鎖温度制御環境内に入れるステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 閉鎖温度制御環境内の予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を照射するステップ;及び
vi. 照射された熱硬化性樹脂基材を再成形するステップ
を含む、予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材をリサイクルする方法が提供される。
(i) 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂を受容するための容器;
(ii) 温度制御環境の供給源;及び
(iii) 制御可能な電磁放射線供給源
を含む、硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂の成形に使用するための装置が提供される。

Claims (16)
- i. 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 閉鎖温度制御環境を用意するステップであって、選択された前記閉鎖温度制御環境は、前記硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材と化学的に反応しないステップ;
iii. 前記硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を前記閉鎖温度制御環境内に入れるステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 前記閉鎖温度制御環境内の前記硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を前記電磁放射線の供給源により照射するステップ;及び
vi. 前記照射された熱硬化性樹脂基材を成形するステップ
を含む、硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を成形する方法。 - 温度制御環境が、気体、蒸気、液体、若しくはゲル、又はそれらの組み合わせの形態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体が、エチレングリコール、ブタノール、トルエン、デカン、及び水、並びにそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 液体が、照射中に20~95℃の温度に加熱される、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂が、閉鎖温度制御環境内に少なくとも実質的に浸漬されている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。

- 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材が、照射される前に事前処理される、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材が予備成形され、前記予備成形された形状を成形中に変化させることを含む、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 以下のステップを含む、硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を、成形する方法。
i. 硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 温度制御環境として流体を用意するステップであって、選択された前記温度制御環境は、前記硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材と化学的に反応しないステップ;
iii. 前記硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を前記流体中に少なくとも部分的に浸漬させるステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 前記少なくとも部分的に浸漬されている硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を照射するステップ;及び
vi. 前記照射された熱硬化性樹脂基材を成形するステップ; - i. 予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を用意するステップ;
ii. 閉鎖温度制御環境を用意するステップであって、選択された前記閉鎖温度制御環境は、前記予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材と化学的に反応しないステップ;
iii. 前記予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を前記閉鎖温度制御環境内に入れ
るステップ;
iv. 電磁放射線の供給源を用意するステップ;
v. 前記閉鎖温度制御環境内の前記予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材を照射するステップ;及び
vi. 前記照射された熱硬化性樹脂基材を再成形するステップ
を含む、予備成形された硬化済み熱硬化性樹脂基材をリサイクルする方法。
