Description

Claims (11)
- 流れ方向を有する回転式熱交換器用の熱伝達エレメントであって、前記熱伝達エレメントは、
間隔を空けて形成された複数の細長いノッチを有するプレートであって、前記細長いノッチの各々は、前記流れ方向に対して第1の角度に向けられ、前記プレートの表面から第1の高さを有し、前記第1の角度は前記流れ方向に対して5°から45°の範囲であることを特徴とする、プレートを具備し、
前記プレートは、間隔を空けて形成された複数の細長い起伏部をさらに有し、前記細長い起伏部の各々は、前記流れ方向に対して第2の角度に向けられ、前記プレートの表面から第2の高さを有し、前記第2の角度は前記流れ方向に対して0°から-90°の範囲であり、
前記複数の細長いノッチの各々の前記第1の高さは、前記複数の細長い起伏部の各々の前記第2の高さよりも高く、
前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度とは異なる、
ことを特徴とする熱伝達エレメント。 - 前記第1の角度は前記流れ方向に対して20°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達エレメント。
- 前記第2の角度は前記流れ方向に対して-30°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達エレメント。
- 前記第2の高さは前記第1の高さの20%から70%の間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達エレメント。
- 前記複数の細長いノッチの各々は前記プレートの前記表面に対して第1の深さを有し、前記複数の細長い起伏部の各々は前記プレートの前記表面に対して第2の深さを有し、前記第2の深さは前記第1の深さより浅いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱伝達エレメント。
- 第1のガス流と流体連通する第1の開口部と、第2のガス流と流体連通する第2の開口部とを備えたハウジングを有する回転熱交換器用の熱伝達エレメント容器であって、前記第1のガス流及び前記第2のガス流の各々は流れ方向を有し、前記熱伝達エレメント容器は、
それらの間に空間を画定する一対の支持部材と、
前記一対の支持部材の間の前記空間に積み重ねられた複数の熱伝達エレメントと、を具備し、
前記複数の熱伝達エレメントの少なくとも1つは、
間隔を空けて形成された複数の細長いノッチを有する第1のプレートであって、前記細長いノッチの各々は前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して第1の角度に向けられ、前記第1のプレートの表面から第1の高さを有し、前記第1の角度は前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して5°から45°の範囲であることを特徴とする第1のプレートを具備し、
前記第1のプレートは、間隔を空けて形成された複数の細長い起伏部をさらに有し、前記細長い起伏部の各々は、前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して第2の角度に向けられ、前記第1のプレートの表面から第2の高さを有し、前記第2の角度は前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して0°から-90°の範囲であり、
前記複数の細長いノッチの各々の前記第1の高さは、隣接する熱伝達エレメント同士の間に第1のガス流及び第2のガス流のためのチャンネルを画定するために、前記複数の細長い起伏部の各々の前記第2の高さよりも高く、
前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度とは異なる、
ことを特徴とする熱伝達エレメント容器。 - 前記第1の角度は前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して20°であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達エレメント容器。
- 前記第2の角度は前記流れ方向のどちらかに対して-30°であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達エレメント容器。
- 前記第2の高さは前記第1の高さの20%から70%の間であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達エレメント容器。
- 前記複数の細長いノッチの各々は前記第1のプレートの前記表面に対して第1の深さを有し、前記複数の細長い起伏部の各々は前記第1のプレートの前記表面に対して第2の深さを有し、前記第2の深さは前記第1の深さより浅いことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達エレメント容器。
- 前記複数の熱伝達エレメントのうちの少なくとも2番目のものは、
前記第1のプレートに平行に隣接し直接接触する第2のプレートであって、間隔を空けて形成された複数の細長いノッチ及び前記複数の細長いノッチの間に形成された複数の細長い起伏部を有することを特徴とする第2のプレートを具備し、
前記第2のプレートの前記複数の細長いノッチが前記第1のプレートの前記複数の細長いノッチと交差する方向に向くように、前記第2のプレートは前記第1のプレートに対して180°回転され、前記第2のプレートの前記複数の細長い起伏部は、前記第1のプレートの前記複数の細長い起伏部と交差する方向に向く、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱伝達エレメント容器。
