Claims (12)
- 生体管腔内に存在する物体を搬送するための医療デバイスであって、
軸方向に延在するルーメンが形成された長尺部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端側の前記ルーメン内に少なくとも一部が挿入された挿入部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端側の前記ルーメン内において前記挿入部材との間に間隙を形成するように前記長尺部材の内側に配置されて、前記挿入部材との間で搬送対象となる物体を挟み込んだ状態で前記挿入部材に対して相対的に回転することにより、前記物体にせん断力を付与する破砕部と、を有し、
前記挿入部材の先端部は、前記軸方向と直交する方向に沿う断面形状が三日月状に湾曲した形状で形成されている、医療デバイス。 - 前記破砕部の先端部は、所定の方向に屈曲した形状を有している、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部の先端部は、鋭利な形状で形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部は、螺旋状に延在する板状の部材で構成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部の先端部は、断面形状が非真円である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部の先端部は、前記破砕部の回転方向に沿う周方向側よりも前記回転方向の中心側に凸状をなすように配置されている、請求項5に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部は、前記ルーメンの先端側から基端側へ所定の範囲に亘って延在している、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記長尺部材は、回転可能に構成されており、
前記長尺部材の先端部には、前記長尺部材の回転に伴って回転する回転体が配置されており、
前記挿入部材は、前記長尺部材の回転と連動して回転することがないように非回転の状態で配置されており、
前記破砕部は、前記長尺部材および/または前記回転体に固定されており、前記長尺部材の回転に伴って回転する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記回転体は、回転に伴って切削力を作用させる切削部を有する、請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記挿入部材の先端部は、板状の部材で構成されている、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記挿入部材は、前記軸方向と直交する方向に沿う断面形状が真円ではない、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記破砕部は、前記長尺部材の内面に配置されている、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
