Claims (13)
- レセプタクルコネクタであって、
レセプタクルハウジングであって、互いに対向する底部の両側境界に沿って突出する第1の側壁部、該第1の側壁部と接続されるように互いに対向する前記底部の他方側の境界に沿って突出する第2の側壁部、前記底部の中心から突出する中央突出部、及び前記第1の側壁部及び前記第2の側壁部と、前記中央突出部との間に形成された接続凹部、を備える、レセプタクルハウジングと、
基板に半田付けされ、前記第2の側壁部及び前記中央突出部の突出端に連結されたレセプタクル金属ブラケットと、
前記レセプタクルハウジング上に形成されたレセプタクル端子孔内に受容されたレセプタクル端子と、を備え、
前記レセプタクル金属ブラケットが、前記レセプタクルコネクタとプラグコネクタとの接続を検知する第1の接続検知部材と、前記レセプタクルコネクタとプラグコネクタとの接続を検知する第2の接続検知部材と、を備え、
前記第2の側壁部が、幅方向の本体部と、該本体部の両端から長手方向に延在して、前記第1の側壁部に接続される延在部と、を備え、
前記レセプタクル金属ブラケットが、接続部と、該接続部の一方側の端部から上方に延在して、前記本体部に連結される第1の補強部と、前記接続部の両側の端部から上方に延在して、前記延在部に連結される一対の第2の補強部と、前記第1の補強部に対向する前記接続部の他方側の端部から上方に延在して、前記突出端に連結される第3の補強部と、を備え、
該第3の補強部が、前記突出端の両側面に連結された側面補強部を備える、レセプタクルコネクタ。 - 前記第1の接続検知部材が、前記第2の補強部の一部を切断することによって形成され、前記接続部に接続された固定片と、該固定片の端部から内側に突出して前記プラグ金属ブラケットの外面を弾性的に押圧する弾性片と、を備える、請求項1に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記第2の接続検知部材が、前記プラグ金属ブラケットの表面に形成された接続検知部材と係合される、前記側面補強部の外面に形成された固定突起部又は突起凹部である、請求項1に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記側面補強部が、前記第3の補強部の外端面の両側から前記突出端に向かって屈曲して形成されている、請求項1に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記第3の補強部が、樹脂を流動させるために前記外端面に形成された樹脂孔を有している、請求項4に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記側面補強部が、前記第3の補強部の上面の両側から下方に屈曲して形成されている、請求項1に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のレセプタクルコネクタと、該レセプタクルコネクタと嵌合可能なプラグコネクタとから成るコネクタ。
- レセプタクルコネクタであって、
レセプタクルハウジングであって、互いに対向する底部の両側境界に沿って突出する第1の側壁部、該第1の側壁部と接続されるように互いに対向する前記底部の他方側の境界に沿って突出する第2の側壁部、前記底部の中心から突出する中央突出部、及び前記第1の側壁部及び前記第2の側壁部と、前記中央突出部との間に形成された接続凹部、を備える、レセプタクルハウジングと、
基板に半田付けされ、前記第2の側壁部及び前記中央突出部の突出端に連結されたレセプタクル金属ブラケットと、
前記レセプタクルハウジング上に形成されたレセプタクル端子孔内に受容されたレセプタクル端子と、を備え、
前記レセプタクル金属ブラケットが、前記レセプタクルコネクタとプラグコネクタとの接続を検知する第1の接続検知部材と、前記レセプタクルコネクタとプラグコネクタとの接続を検知する第2の接続検知部材と、を備え、
前記レセプタクル金属ブラケットが、接続部と、該接続部の一方側の端部から上方に延在して、前記第2の側壁部の本体部に連結される第1の補強部と、該第1の補強部に対向する前記接続部の他方側の端部から上方に延在して、前記突出端に連結される第3の補強部と、を更に備え、
該第3の補強部が、前記突出端の両側面に連結された側面補強部を備える、レセプタクルコネクタ。 - 前記第2の接続検知部材が、前記プラグ金属ブラケットの表面に形成された接続検知部材と係合される、前記側面補強部の外面に形成された固定突起部又は突起凹部である、請求項8に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記側面補強部が、前記第3の補強部の外端面の両側から前記突出端に向かって屈曲して形成されている、請求項8に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記第3の補強部が、樹脂を流動させるために前記外端面に形成された樹脂孔を有している、請求項10に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記側面補強部が、前記第3の補強部の上面の両側から下方に屈曲して形成されている、請求項8に記載のレセプタクルコネクタ。
- 請求項8~12のいずれか1項に記載のレセプタクルコネクタと、該レセプタクルコネクタと嵌合可能なプラグコネクタとから成るコネクタ。
