Description
Claims (9)
- 太陽光エネルギーを産生するための装置であって、
整列され、地面に固定された支柱(2)から形成された支持構造物であって、支柱(2)は連結棒(3)のネットワークによって所定の位置に保持された支持構造物と、
列をなすように整列された支柱上に配置された、太陽光エネルギーの受光デバイスのための移動システムであって、互いに実質的に垂直な第1の軸線(X)および第2の軸線(Y)周りのかかるデバイスの移動を可能とするよう適合された移動システムと
を備え、前記移動システムは、
かかる第1の軸線(X)の周りに回転する主管(4)であって、かかる主管には、前記主管に関連付けられた複数の二次管(5)が接続されており、かかる二次管には、受光デバイス(P)が固定されている、主管(4)と、
一次管すなわち主管のための移動機構(7)と、
移動システムのかかる主管(4)を受容しかかる軸線(X)の周りの回転を可能にする筐体を有する、前記列の各支柱に配置された保持および移動支持体(6)と
を備え、
かかる筐体はかかる支持体(6)の上部に作られ、かつ、支持体の水平プレート(63)上に配置された1対のサドル(62)を備え、かかるサドルは、一次管を収容するように適合され一次管がサドル内で管の長手方向軸線(X)の周りに回転することを可能とするように適合された、実質的に円形の内側輪郭を有し、2つの隣接する管の間での結合は、管(4)自体の端部に配置されたフランジ(41)を接合することにより生じ、
かかる支持体(6)は、それぞれが前記連結棒の1つを支柱に拘束するように適合された互いに垂直な4つの翼部(61)を有する、支柱に拘束された下部を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - かかる輪郭に沿って、管の回転を可能にする複数のベアリング(64)が存在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 一次管の移動機構は、一次管に圧着され、それに固定的に接続されたブラケット(72)を備え、ブラケットには、前記ブラケットと支柱(2)の間に配置されたリニアアクチュエータ(73)が拘束される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- かかるブラケットは、2つの隣接する管(4)の2つの接合フランジ(41)の間に配置される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 二次管は、移動機構(8)を介して、主管に実質的に垂直な第2の軸線(Y)周りに回転する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 二次管の移動機構は、主管(4)内で長手方向に配置され、適切なモーター手段により回転されるウォームねじ(83)を備え、ウォームねじは、2つのフランジ(41)の間に配置されたフランジ(71)を横断し、その中では自由に回転し、かかるウォームねじは、端部継手(86)および移動プレート(84)を介して、主管の内部で長手方向に配置された直線形状部(85)に締められ、ラック(88)がかかる形状部上に案内され、前記ラックは、かかる移動プレートに拘束され、ウォームねじが回転されると、かかる移動プレートと一体に移動し、その経路に沿ったラックは、それぞれが主管との交差位置で二次管に取り付けられた複数の歯車(89)に当接する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- ウォームねじ(83)は、フランジ(71)を横断し、2つの隣接する管のラックを移動することができ、回転運動を、1つの同じ支柱に拘束された2つの隣接する一次管上に配置された二次管に伝達することができるようにする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 主管は、カバーによって閉じられ、モーターと減速機構に配置された開口部(46)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- かかる構造物は、二次元「市松状」型であり、農地に設置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
