Description
Claims (18)
- 2種以上の材料排出を伴う、粒子から成る材料混合物を均質化および分離するための装置(1)において、
前記材料混合物を粉砕し、均質化し、かつ前記粒子を所定の方向へと加速する回転ドラム(5)が設けられ、
1つの、2つの、またはそれ以上の材料受容装置が設けられ、前記材料受容装置はそれぞれ傾斜、鉛直位置および/または水平位置に関して調節可能に形成される
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記回転ドラム(5)は打撃工具(6)を備え、前記打撃工具(6)を前記ドラム(5)に不動に、または可動に接続することができる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記打撃工具(6)は交換可能に形成されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記回転ドラム(5)用に1つ以上の駆動モータ(51)が設けられており、前記駆動モータ(51)は前記ドラム(5)に直接的に、または間接的に接続することができる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記回転ドラム(5)は水平方向および/または鉛直方向に調節可能に構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 分離すべき材料混合物を前記回転ドラム(5)に供給する搬送機構が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記搬送機構が、コンベヤベルト(4)または振動フィーダである、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記搬送機構は、前記搬送機構の傾斜および/または前記回転ドラム(5)側の端部に関して、少なくとも回転ドラム(5)に対して相対的に水平方向および/または鉛直方向に調節可能に構成されている、請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 前記材料受容装置は搬送機構として形成されており、前記搬送機構はそれぞれ傾斜、鉛直位置および/または水平位置に関して調節可能に形成することができる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの搬送機構が設けられており、前記少なくとも2つの搬送機構の搬送方向を互いに逆に向けることができる、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記搬送機構が、コンベヤベルト(7,8)または振動フィーダである、請求項9または10記載の装置。
- 選別された粒子のために1つ以上の排出装置が設けられており、このために搬送機構を設けることができ、前記搬送機構はそれぞれ、鉛直位置および/または水平位置に関して調節可能に形成することができる、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記排出装置のための搬送機構が、コンベヤベルト(7,8)、スクリュコンベヤまたは収容ボックスである、請求項12記載の装置。
- 回転ドラム(5)を有した選別装置の下流に別の選別装置が接続されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 選別すべき粒子を加速させる高速コンベヤベルト(9)が設けられている、請求項14記載の装置。
- 制御可能に構成されていて、材料を前記搬送機構へと与えることができる材料供給装置が設けられている、請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 制御可能に構成された、空気供給部および空気吸引部を備えた脱塵装置が設けられている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 空気の吸引の際に連行された粒子をより分けるフィルタ装置が設けられている、請求項17記載の装置。
