Claims (23)
- 心機能の直接的な指標であり、心拍出量、一回拍出量と直接相関する心原性オシレーションを捕捉し、当該心原性オシレーションを経時的に追跡することによって、ユーザの健康状態を判定するための気道装置であって、
マウスピース部と、同マウスピース部を通る1つまたは複数の気道内腔を画定する開口部と、
前記マウスピース部と接続されたハンドピースと、
前記1つ以上の気道内腔と流体連通し、前記ユーザが前記1つ以上の気道内腔を吸息または呼息するときに気道内圧を検知するように構成される第1のセンサと、
前記ハンドピース上に配置され、前記ユーザの一部に接触して前記ユーザから心拍に関する生理的信号を検知するように構成される第2のセンサと、
前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサと通信する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1のセンサから受信した前記気道内圧の心原性オシレーションに基づき、前記心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線を生成し、前記心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線を、健常な場合の心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線と比較することによって、前記ユーザの健康状態を判定するものであって、前記心原性オシレーションを、前記第2のセンサから受信した心拍に対応する圧力データに同期させ、前記心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線を、前記心拍のタイミングに基づいて分割することにより、一心拍当たりの前記圧力曲線を複数収集し、複数の前記心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線を平均化、または、前記複数の前記心原性オシレーションの圧力曲線の中央値曲線を構築するようにプログラムされ、
前記制御装置は、前記生理的信号を検知するときに、前記ユーザに、前記ユーザ自身による呼吸パターンの変更と、前記ユーザ自身による呼吸パターンの変更の停止とを促すインジケータを提示するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする気道装置。 - 前記第2のセンサは、心電図センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のセンサは、前記気道内圧における前記心原性オシレーションを検知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記気道内圧内の前記心原性オシレーションを、前記生理的信号から検知される収縮期脈拍データまたは拡張期脈拍データと相関させるようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記気道内圧内の前記心原性オシレーションを、前記生理的信号から検知されるQRS複合体と相関させるようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のセンサは、パルスオキシメータまたはフォトプレチスモグラフセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のセンサは、同第2のセンサが前記ユーザの手または指に接触するように前記ハンドピースの表面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザからの呼息中に前記気道内圧を検知し、同気道内圧が予め定められた範囲内にあるかどうかを判断するようにさらにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザから、前記制御装置による促しの結果として生じる呼息圧力を検知するようにさらにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記結果として生じた呼息圧力が、修正バルサルバ法の操作から検知されるように、前記ユーザが修正バルサルバ法の操作を行うように促すようにさらにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記結果として生じる呼息圧力が予め定められた圧力の範囲内にあるかどうかを前記ユーザに示すようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定められた圧力の範囲が5乃至20mmHgであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、予め定められた期間にわたって前記結果として生じる呼息圧力を検知するようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定められた期間は、10秒までであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記結果として生じる呼息圧力のパラメータに関して前記ユーザにフィードバックを提供するようにさらにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記気道装置から遠隔に位置するサーバをさらに備え、前記気道装置は前記サーバと通信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザに、前記ユーザの身体の位置を変更するように求めるプロンプトを提供するようにさらにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置
。 - 前記身体の位置が仰臥位または座位を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記マウスピース部および前記開口部は、互いに分離された呼息気道内腔および吸息気道内腔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記呼息気道内腔または前記吸息気道内腔が、一方向弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の気道内腔を通る空気流を制限するリストリクタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサと通信するスマートフォンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記気道装置上に配置され、前記ユーザの唾液中の検体または化合物を検知するように構成された第3のセンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
