Claims (10)
- エンジンと、第1モータと、第2モータとの三つの駆動力源を備え、
前記エンジンが連結されている第1回転要素と、前記第1モータが連結されている第2回転要素と、駆動輪にトルクを出力する第3回転要素とによって差動作用を行う第1差動機構と、
前記第2モータが連結されている第4回転要素と、前記第3回転要素に連結されている第5回転要素と、第6回転要素とによって差動作用を行う第2差動機構と、
前記第6回転要素と前記第1回転要素とを連結し、またその連結を解く第1係合機構と、
前記第4回転要素と前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とのうち少なくともいずれか二つの回転要素を連結し、またその連結を解く第2係合機構とを有するハイブリッド車両であり、
前記第1係合機構および前記第2係合機構を係合させる際に前記第1モータの回転数を制御するように構成され、
前記第1係合機構を係合することにより設定される第1走行モードと、前記第2係合機構を係合することにより設定されかつ前記第1走行モードより前記駆動輪に伝達されるトルクが小さい第2走行モードと、前記第1係合機構および前記第2係合機構を解放しかつ前記第2モータの駆動トルクのみで走行するシングルモードとを含む複数の走行モードを設定することが可能なハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1係合機構および前記第2係合機構は、互いに係合することによりトルクを伝達する駆動側部材と従動側部材とを有するとともに、前記駆動側部材と前記従動側部材との回転数の差である差回転数を前記第1モータによって制御するように構成され、
前記第1モータを制御するコントローラを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記走行モードを前記シングルモードから前記第1走行モードもしくは前記第2走行モードに切り替えることを推定し、
前記シングルモードから前記第1走行モードに切り替える推定が成立した場合には、前記第1モータの回転数を、前記第1係合機構における前記差回転数が低下する予め定められた第1待機回転数に制御し、
前記シングルモードから前記第2走行モードに切り替える推定が成立した場合には、前記第1モータの回転数を、前記第2係合機構における前記差回転数が低下する予め定められた回転数であって前記第1待機回転数と異なる第2待機回転数に制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記第1モータの回転数を前記第1待機回転数もしくは前記第2待機回転数に制御する制御要求の成立を判断し、
前記制御要求が成立している場合に、前記第1モータの回転数を前記第1待機回転数もしくは前記第2待機回転数に制御する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を検出し、
前記制御要求の成立を、検出された前記車速に基づいて判断し、
前記車速が予め定めた第1所定車速より高車速の場合に前記制御要求が成立していると判断し、前記車速が前記第1所定車速以下の場合に前記制御要求が成立してないと判断する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を検出し、

ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を検出し、
前記ハイブリッド車両の要求駆動力を検出し、
前記シングルモードから切り替える走行モードの推定は、前記車速と前記要求駆動力との少なくともいずれか一方に基づいて行う
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記シングルモードから切り替える走行モードの推定は、前記要求駆動力に基づいて行い、
前記要求駆動力が予め定めた所定値未満の場合には、前記シングルモードから前記第1走行モードに切り替えることを推定し、かつ前記要求駆動力が前記所定値以上の場合には、前記シングルモードから前記第2走行モードに切り替えることを推定する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記シングルモードから切り替える走行モードの推定は、前記車速に基づいて行い、
前記車速が、前記第1モータの回転数を前記第1待機回転数もしくは前記第2待機回転数に制御する制御要求の成立を判断する第1所定車速より大きい予め定められた第2所定車速未満の場合には、前記シングルモードから前記第1走行モードに切り替えることを推定し、かつ前記車速が前記第2所定車速以上の場合には、前記シングルモードから前記第2走行モードに切り替えることを推定する
ことを特徴するハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1待機回転数は、前記エンジンの回転方向である正方向に前記第1モータを回転させる回転数であり、
前記第2待機回転数は、前記正方向とは反対方向の負方向に前記第1モータを回転させる回転数である
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記第1待機回転数は、前記ハイブリッド車両の車速の増大に伴って前記正方向に増大させ、
前記第2待機回転数は、前記ハイブリッド車両の車速の増大に伴って前記負方向に増大させる
ことを特徴するハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、さらに、
前記ハイブリッド車両のアクセル開度を検出し、
前記ハイブリッド車両の要求駆動力を検出し、
前記アクセル開度の変化率あるいは要求駆動力が予め定められた所定値以上の場合に、前記シングルモードから切り替えて推定する走行モードを第1走行モードとする
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
