前記検知手段で検知された検知電圧が、前記系統電力における定格電圧に比べて低下した不安定状態か否かを判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段により前記不安定状態と判定された場合、前記検知電圧と、前記系統電力における定格電流とに基づいて、前記系統電力の電力値を抑制した許容電力値を計算する計算手段と、
前記許容電力値に基づいて、前記系統電力の前記電力値が抑制された抑制充電を行うように前記変換手段の出力を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記計算手段は、前記検知手段で検知された前記電圧が更に低下した状態で、閾値電流を超える過電流が検知されていない場合に前記許容電力値を再度計算し、
前記制御手段は、前記計算手段により再計算された前記許容電力値に基づいて、更に抑制された充電を行うように前記変換手段の出力を制御することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電力制御装置1の機能構成を示すブロック図である。同図は、電力制御装置1が車両VEHの車載用のバッテリ10を充電する例を示している。車両VEHは、例えば、電動車両(EV)やプラグインハイブリッド車両(PHEV)であり、バッテリ10は、例えばリチウムイオンバッテリである。
図2は、電力制御装置1が実行する抑制充電開始までの処理の流れを説明するフローチャートである。充電ケーブル8が車両VEHに接続された状態で充電要求が入力されると、制御部3が、以下の処理を実行する。
次に、抑制充電開始後の処理の流れを説明する。図3は、電力制御装置1が実行する抑制充電開始後の処理の流れを説明するフローチャートである。ステップS10~S13までの処理は、図2の処理と同様である。
図1で説明した電力制御装置の実施形態では、電力系統100から給電可能な装置として、電力制御装置1を説明したが、この例に限定されず、図4に示すように、電力制御装置1は、太陽光発電装置や風力発電装置などの再生可能エネルギー発電装置101を接続することも可能である。この実施形態では、電力制御装置1は、DC/DC変換部5を備え、DC/DC変換部5は、電力線12を介して、再生可能エネルギー発電装置101と接続することが可能である。制御部3の制御に基づいて、DC/DC変換部5は、再生可能エネルギー発電装置101が発電した直流電力を所定の直流電力に変換して電力線18へ出力する。AC/DC変換部6から出力される電力と、DC/DC変換部5から出力される電力とを合わせた電力により、バッテリ10が充電される。

前記系統電力における電圧および電流を検知する検知手段(例えば、電流電圧検知部4)と、

Claims (5)
- 供給された系統電力を充電用の電力に変換する変換手段の出力を制御して、バッテリを充電可能な電力制御装置であって、
前記系統電力における電圧および電流を検知する検知手段と、
前記検知手段で検知された検知電圧が、前記系統電力における定格電圧に比べて低下した不安定状態か否かを判定する判定手段と、
前記判定手段により前記不安定状態と判定された場合、前記検知電圧と、前記系統電力における定格電流とに基づいて、前記系統電力の電力値を抑制した許容電力値を計算する計算手段と、
前記許容電力値に基づいて、前記系統電力の前記電力値が抑制された抑制充電を行うように前記変換手段の出力を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記計算手段は、前記検知手段で検知された前記電圧が更に低下した状態で、閾値電流を超える過電流が検知されていない場合に前記許容電力値を再度計算し、
前記制御手段は、前記計算手段により再計算された前記許容電力値に基づいて、更に抑制された充電を行うように前記変換手段の出力を制御することを特徴とする電力制御装置。 - 前記判定手段は、前記不安定状態で検知された前記検知電圧と前記系統電力における前記許容電力値とで前記抑制充電を行う場合の電流が、閾値電流以上の過電流となるか否かを更に判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記判定手段により前記電流が前記閾値電流以上の過電流となると判定された場合、前記計算手段により前記許容電力値が計算されるまで、前記変換手段の出力を停止するように制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記計算手段により前記許容電力値が計算された後、当該計算された前記許容電力値に基づいて、前記変換手段の出力を再開するように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電流が前記閾値電流以上の過電流となると連続して判定された回数を累積加算し、当該累積加算した回数が閾値回数以上になった場合、前記変換手段の出力をエラー停止するように制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力制御装置。
