Description
最初に、本発明の実施形態の内容を列記して説明する。一実施形態に係る光受信器は、互いに波長の異なる複数の単一光が多重化された光信号を受信する光受信器であって、光信号を伝達する光ファイバを内包するスタブと、光信号を複数の単一光に分波する光分波器と、光分波器によって分波された複数の単一光をそれぞれ受光する複数の受光素子と、複数の受光素子から出力される複数の電気信号を増幅する増幅器と、第1凹部、第2凹部、第1反射面、第2反射面、及び第3反射面を有し、第1凹部はスタブを保持し、第2凹部は光分波器を収容し、第1反射面及び第2反射面はスタブの端面から出射した光信号がスタブ方向に折り返されて光分波器に入射するように光信号を順次反射し、第3反射面は光分波器から出射した複数の単一光を複数の受光素子に向けて反射する、光学ブロックと、第1面を有し、第1面上に複数の受光素子及び増幅器が実装され、第1面上に複数の受光素子及び増幅器を覆うように光学ブロックが配置される回路基板と、を備える。
本発明の実施形態に係る光受信器の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。以下の説明では、図面の説明において同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 互いに波長の異なる複数の単一光が多重化された光信号を受信する光受信器であって、
前記光信号を伝達する光ファイバを内包するスタブと、
前記光信号を前記複数の単一光に分波する光分波器と、
前記光分波器によって分波された前記複数の単一光をそれぞれ受光する複数の受光素子と、
前記複数の受光素子から出力される複数の電気信号を増幅する増幅器と、
第1凹部、第2凹部、第1反射面、第2反射面、及び第3反射面を有し、前記第1凹部は前記スタブを保持し、前記第2凹部は前記光分波器を収容し、前記第1反射面及び前記第2反射面は前記スタブの端面から出射した前記光信号が前記スタブ方向に折り返されて前記光分波器に入射するように前記光信号を順次反射し、前記第3反射面は前記光分波器から出射した前記複数の単一光を前記複数の受光素子に向けて反射する、光学ブロックと、
第1面を有し、前記第1面上に前記複数の受光素子及び前記増幅器が実装され、前記第1面上に前記複数の受光素子及び前記増幅器を覆うように前記光学ブロックが配置される回路基板と、
を備える光受信器。 - 前記スタブの端面から出射する前記光信号の出射方向において、前記受光素子の受光面は、前記スタブの端面と前記光分波器との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の光受信器。
- 前記第3反射面は、前記受光素子の受光面に対する前記複数の単一光の入射角度が垂直とならないように、前記複数の単一光を反射する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光受信器。
- 前記光学ブロックは、前記回路基板に向かって延びる位置決め部を有し、
前記位置決め部は、前記回路基板に形成された挿入孔に挿入可能に形成されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光受信器。
