前記エンジンと前記モータと前記クラッチとを制御する制御装置と、

前記制御装置は、前記クラッチを係合状態として前記エンジンを運転している状態から前記エンジンへの燃料供給の停止を伴ってシステム停止する所定時には、前記エンジンの前記出力軸に作用するトルクが前記エンジンの回転数を低下させる方向のトルクであり、且つ、前記モータの前記回転軸に出力されるトルクが前記モータの回転数を低下させる方向のトルクであるトルク条件が成立したときに、前記クラッチを解放する、
ことを要旨とする。

- 走行用のエンジンと、
走行用のモータと、
前記エンジンの出力軸と前記モータの回転軸との接続および接続の解除を行なうクラッチと、
前記エンジンと前記モータと前記クラッチとを制御する制御装置と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記クラッチを係合状態として前記エンジンを運転している状態から前記エンジンへの燃料供給の停止を伴ってシステム停止する所定時には、前記エンジンの前記出力軸に作用するトルクが前記エンジンの回転数を低下させる方向のトルクであり、且つ、前記モータの前記回転軸に出力されるトルクが前記モータの回転数を低下させる方向のトルクであるトルク条件が成立したときに、前記クラッチを解放する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定時には、前記モータの前記回転軸に値0または前記回転軸の回転数を低下させる方向のトルクが作用するように前記モータを制御し、前記トルク条件が成立したときに、前記クラッチを解放する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定時に、前記モータの回転数が所定回転数以下に至ったときには、前記トルク条件の成立の有無に拘わらずに前記クラッチを解放する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記クラッチを解放した後は、前記エンジンの回転数の単位時間当たりの低下量である第1低下率と前記モータの回転数の単位時間当たりの低下量である第2低下率との差が所定差以内となるように前記モータを制御する
ハイブリッド自動車。
