Description
-前述のデバイスと、外科用移植材料と、を与えるステップを含む。
-この外科用移植材料を挿入するために、インパクタを用いて、この外科用移植材料に結合されたインパクト面を打撃することにより、この外科用移植材料に打撃力が与えられる。
-連続する打撃中に前述の指標が計算される。
-この指標の値が予め定められた閾値未満になったとき、インパクト面への打撃が停止される。
Claims (11)
- 外科用移植材料を嵌入を用いて骨に挿入するためのデバイスであって、
前記外科用移植材料に結合されたインパクト面(20a)を打撃し、前記外科用移植材料に打撃力を与えるためのインパクタ(10)と、
前記インパクタ(10)に結び付けられた少なくとも1つのセンサ(12)と、
前記センサ(12)に接続された処理ユニット(30)と、
を備え、
前記センサ(12)は、与えられた打撃力の強度および前記インパクタ(10)の変形を測定し、打撃中の前記強度の時間的変化を表す測定信号を与えるように構成され、
前記処理ユニット(30)は、打撃中の前記強度の時間的変化に基づいて、前記外科用移植材料と前記骨との接触レベルを表す指標(IN1)を計算するように構成され、
前記指標(IN1)は、時間ウィンドウの持続時間に相当し、
前記時間ウィンドウの開始時刻は、前記測定信号の極大値の1番目のピーク(P1)に相当する時刻(t1)として定義され、
前記時間ウィンドウの終了時刻は、前記測定信号の極大値の2番目のピーク(P2)に相当する時刻(t2)として定義されることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記処理ユニット(30)に接続された警告システム(33)をさらに備え、
前記警告システム(33)は、前記指標(IN1)が予め定められた閾値(S1)未満となったとき、警告信号を発するために前記処理ユニット(30)と相互通信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記予め定められた閾値(S1)は、0.1ms以上1ms以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニット(30)は、前記測定信号内で、前記極大値の前記1番目のピーク(P1)と、前記1番目のピーク(P1)の後の極大値のピークと、を検出するように構成され、
前記1番目のピーク(P1)の後の極大値のピークは、予め定められた限界値より小さいときに限って、前記極大値の前記2番目のピーク(P2)に一致することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記予め定められた限界値は、前記極大値の前記1番目のピーク(P1)の1%以上20%以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記インパクタ(10)は、前記インパクト面(20a)を打撃するための打撃面(11a)と、前記打撃面(11a)と反対側の反対面11bと、前記打撃面(11a)と反対面(11b)との間に延びる側面(11c)と、を有し、
前記センサは、前記インパクタ(10)の変形を測定し、打撃中の前記インパクタ(10)の前記変形の時間的変化を表す測定信号を与えるように構成された変形センサ(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記インパクタ(10)は、前記インパクト面(20a)を打撃するための打撃面(11a)を有し、
前記センサは、前記打撃力を測定し、打撃中の前記打撃力の時間的変化を表す測定信号を与えるように構成された力センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記インパクタ(10)は、頂部に打撃ヘッド(11)を有する把持シャフト(13)を備えたハンマーであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記インパクト面(20a)を形成する後端と、前記外科用移植材料と協働する前端(20b)とを有する補助ツール(20)をさらに備え、
前記インパクタ(10)は、前記補助ツール(20)を介して前記外科用移植材料に打撃力を与えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のデバイスと、外科用移植材料、特に大腿ステム(2)と、を備える集合部品。
- 請求項9に記載のデバイスを備え、
前記補助ツール(20)の前記前端(20b)は、ネジを用いて、前記外科用移植材料に取り外し可能な方法で機械的に固定されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の集合部品。
