Claims (3)
- 天井部(104)及び壁体(106)を含む本体(102)を備え、
前記天井部(104)及び壁体(106)はウェーブガイド(108)を備え、
前記本体(102)内の空間に1つ以上のヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)を含み、
前記ヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)の下部一側から拡張して下部に延びたウェーブガイド(112)、及びカーテン式で下方に延びる中間ウェーブガイド(118)のうちの少なくとも1つのウェーブガイドをさらに含み、
前記天井部(104)及び壁体(106)は、単位長からなり、多数個が連続的に結合されて塗装乾燥炉を形成するようになっており、
前記ウェーブガイド(112、118、124)は、前記ヒートスプレッダモジュール(110)で変換された遠赤外線の輻射波エネルギーが被乾燥物に直接集中しないように分散させて均等に分布するようにするために、前記ヒートスプレッダモジュール110と前記被乾燥物との間に配置されており、
前記中間ウェーブガイド(118)が備えられる場合、前記中間ウェーブガイド(118)の上部に多数の孔(120)が形成されている、ヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。 - それぞれの前記ウェーブガイド(108、112)は、板材、繊維材又は不織布を含むベース板に、雲母板又はアルミニウム薄板を結合して製造される、請求項1に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット。
- 請求項1に記載のヒートスプレッダとウェーブガイドユニット(100)が多数個連続的に結合されて形成された塗装乾燥炉内に、上側に塗装物を吊り下げて移送するトロリーコンベア(116)、及び/又は下部で塗装物を積置して移送するトレー式コンベア(122)を含んでなる、コンベア型塗装乾燥炉。
