Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a translucent member, a structure of a building door, and a building door.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a building door having a lighting window for taking in external light has been known, and the lighting window has a structure in which, for example, glass is sandwiched between divided fixed frames. In recent years, a structure in which a translucent material such as a transparent plastic plate is sandwiched has been adopted as a lighting window.

However, the sandwiching between the fixed frame and the translucent material is not sufficient, the step between the fixed frame and the translucent material is large, and the place where the hands of the building door can be reached, specifically infants, children, adults, etc. If the lighting window is provided at a position where it is possible to open and close the window, it is possible to open and close it with a finger.
In addition, if the picture frame is composed of four linear members, gaps are generated at the corners, making the seams more conspicuous. Also, if the four corners are not R (curved surface) processed and there are corners, they may hit the body during handling and cause injury. In some cases, the corners are likely to be chipped due to contact with other members.

The present invention has been studied in view of this situation, and in a building door having a lighting part 4,
a frame 1 in which an upside-down recessed portion 13 is formed;
a frame-fixing core material 2 having a through-hole 24;
connecting member 3;
Equipped with a translucent member 5,
The connecting member 3 is inserted through the through-hole 24 and fitted into the inverted concave portion 13, and the translucent member 5 is sandwiched between the frame 1 and the frame-fixing core member 2 having the through-hole 24. It is a mounting structure of the translucent member 5 characterized by being made.

In the present application, the frame 1 and the frame core material are firmly connected by the connecting member 3, and the light-transmitting member 5 is sandwiched between the projecting portion 11 of the frame 1 and the step surface 21 of the frame core material, and is formed on the step surface. By providing the adhesive layer 26, they are firmly sandwiched. Furthermore, by reducing the step between the lighting part 4 and the frame and forming a tapered surface 14 on the lighting part 4 side of the frame 1, the lighting part is located at a position where infants, children, adults, etc. can place their hands. Injury caused by opening and closing the door by hooking fingers can be suppressed.

本発明の建物用戸の正面図。1 is a front view of a building door of the present invention; FIG. 透光性部分を示す参考正面図。The reference front view which shows a translucent part. 図1中の額縁1部分の透視正面図Perspective front view of frame 1 part in FIG. 図1中の線A-A-B-Bに沿う構成断面図。FIG. 2 is a structural cross-sectional view taken along line AABB in FIG. 1; 図4中の線C-C-D-Dに沿う分解構成断面図。FIG. 5 is an exploded cross-sectional view taken along line CCDD in FIG. 4;

尚、本発明の額縁1の材質はMDF(Middle Density Fiberboard、中密度繊維板)であり表面が塗装されている。
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of the building door of the present invention, and the shaded portion in FIG. 2 has translucency. The picture frame 1 according to the present invention is a continuous continuous shape such as a circular shape in a plan view, a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, a diamond shape in a plan view, etc., and the shape is not particularly limited. In FIG. 1, the shape is substantially square in plan view, and the four corners are R (curved surfaces). The four corners are less likely to be chipped by the R processing, and injuries can be prevented. Note that R is the radius of curvature, which is appropriately adjusted according to the shape of the frame 1 . The material of the picture frame 1 of the present invention is MDF (Middle Density Fiberboard) and its surface is coated.

FIG. 3 is a see-through front view of a portion of the frame 1 in FIG. The number of connecting members 3 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately adjusted according to the size and shape of the frame 1 .

FIG. 4 is a structural cross-sectional view along line AABB in FIG. They are fitted by connecting members 3 . The level difference L between the frame 1 and the translucent member 5 is preferably about 3 to 7 mm, and within this range, it is difficult to catch a finger, and injury is less likely to occur. In the present invention, the step between the frame 1 and the translucent member 5 is 5 mm.

On the outside of the frame-fixing core material 2, a paper honeycomb core or roll core, a metal honeycomb core such as aluminum, a hollow core material such as a phenol resin or urethane resin foam, etc. are provided for the purpose of achieving weight reduction. A lightweight core material 7 is joined. The present invention uses a honeycomb core made of paper.

木質系芯材8としては、例えば、合板、パーティクルボード、MDF、LVL(単板積層材、Laminated Veneer Lumber)、OSB(Oriented Strand Board)などが挙げられる。 Further, a wooden core material 8 is joined to the outer side of the lightweight core material 7 for the purpose of improving strength. Examples of the wood-based core material 8 include plywood, particle board, MDF, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), and OSB (Oriented Strand Board). The present invention uses LVL.

A surface material 6 is adhered to the surfaces of the frame-fixing core material 2, the lightweight core material 7, and the wood-based core material 8 which are joined flush with each other. Examples of the surface material 6 include melamine resin decorative boards, diallyl phthalate resin decorative boards, polyester decorative boards, olefin resin films, vinyl chloride resin sheets, natural wood decorative materials, and electron beam cured decorative sheets. In the present invention, a melamine resin decorative board having a thickness of 0.8 mm and excellent in heat resistance and scratch resistance is used.

An edge material 9 is adhered to the periphery. As the edge material, the same surface material as described above can be used, and in the present invention, an ABS resin edge material having a thickness of 2 mm is used.

FIG. 5 is an exploded configuration cross-sectional view along line CCDD in FIG. It has a projecting portion 11 on the side of the lighting portion 4 and a flange portion 12 on the side opposite to the projecting portion 11 , and a tapered surface 14 is formed at the tip of the projecting portion 11 . The projecting portion 11 has the function of holding down the translucent member 5 and the collar portion 12 has the function of holding down the surface material 6 . By reducing the level difference L as described above and forming the tapered surface 14, fingers are less likely to catch the frame. In particular, the angle θ between the frame 1 and the tapered surface 14 is preferably 30-60°.

The frame-fixing core material 2 according to the present invention has a stepped surface 21, an upper surface 22, and a through hole 24 that penetrates a part of the stepped surface 21. The upper surface 22 has a function of supporting part of the surface member 6 , and the connecting member 3 is inserted through the through hole 24 .

The frame 1 and the frame-fixing core 2 are fitted with the connecting member 3 through the through-hole 24 into the inverted concave portion 13, so that the frame 1 and the frame-fixing core 2 are firmly connected. In the present invention, wooden dowels are used for the connecting members 3 . The dowels may be wooden dowels or metal dowels, but by using wooden dowels, the frame 1 and the translucent member 5 can be easily fixed vertically. This is because the through holes 24 of the frame 1 and the frame fixing core 2 may not be straight, and the wooden dowels are elastic and can be forced according to the site.

The translucent member 5 is adhered on the projecting portion 11 of the frame 1 and a part 25 of the stepped surface 21 of the frame fixing core member 2 having a through hole 24 facing the projecting portion 11 of the frame 1. A portion 25 of the stepped surface 21 has the function of supporting the translucent member 5 , which is sandwiched via the agent layer 26 . A space is provided between the front and back translucent members 5 . Examples of the translucent member 5 include a glass plate, an acrylic plate, and a polycarbonate plate.

In the present invention, a transparent polycarbonate plate with a thickness of 4 mm is fixed. By providing an adhesive layer 26 on a portion 25 of the stepped surface 21 of the frame fixing core material 2, the fixing of the translucent member 5 becomes firm.
