Description
-少なくとも1つのポリアミド、特に、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリアミドからなる外層と、

-少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーからなる内層と
からなる層構成を有する少なくとも3つの層を備え、
管壁の全層厚dは、0.3mmから3.0mm、好ましくは0.5mmから2.5mm、好ましくは0.75mmから2.0mmであるチューブを教示する。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの流体媒体を導くための、多層構造の自動車用チューブ(1)であって、
前記チューブ(1)は、流体導管(2)と、前記流体導管(2)を取り囲む管壁(3)とを備え、
前記管壁(3)は、多層構造であり、
具体的には、外側から内側に向かって、
-少なくとも1つのポリアミド、特に、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリアミドからなる外層(4)と、
-接着促進層(5)と、
-少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーからなり、かつ、少なくとも90重量%の熱可塑性エラストマーから構成される内層(6)と
からなる層構成を有する少なくとも3つの層を備え、
前記管壁(3)の全層厚dは、0.3mmから3.0mm、好ましくは0.5mmから2.5mm、好ましくは0.75mmから2.0mmであり、
前記チューブ(1)は、少なくとも1つのバリア層(8)を備え、
前記バリア層(8)は、
少なくとも1つのポリオレフィンを主たる成分とし、
好ましくは、ポリプロピレンを主たる成分とし、
前記バリア層(8)は、該バリア層(8)が前記内層(6)の外側で繋がるように、前記内層(6)と前記外層(4)との間に配置されている
チューブ(1)。 - 請求項1に記載のチューブであって、
前記外層(4)は、
ナイロン6と、ナイロン10と、ナイロン11と、ナイロン12とからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリアミドから構成される又は実質的に構成される、
好ましくは、ナイロン6から構成される又は実質的に構成される
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のチューブであって、
前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、
エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)と、ブチルゴムと、クロロブチルゴムと、スチレンブタジエンゴムと、ニトリルゴムと、ニトリルブタジエンゴムとからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を主たる成分とし、
好ましくは、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)を主たる成分とする
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記接着促進層(5)は、少なくとも1つのポリオレフィンを主たる成分とし、好ましくはポリプロピレンを主たる成分とする
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記チューブ(1)は、アウター層(7)を備え、
前記アウター層(7)は、前記外層(4)の外側に繋がっており、
好ましくは、少なくとも1つのポリアミドを主たる成分とし、
好ましくは、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリアミドを主たる成分とし、
特に好ましくは、ナイロン6/12と、ナイロン6/6と、ナイロン6/10と、ナイロン6/16とからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ成分を主たる成分とし、
非常に特に好ましくは、ナイロン6/12を主たる成分とする
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項5に記載のチューブであって、
前記アウター層(7)の層厚は、前記管壁(3)の前記全層厚dの5%から20%、好ましくは0%から15%である
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記バリア層(8)の層厚は、前記管壁(3)の前記全層厚dの10%から60%、好ましくは15%から50%である
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記外層(4)の層厚は、前記管壁(3)の前記全層厚dの10%から40%、好ましくは10%から20%である
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記接着促進層(5)の層厚は、前記管壁(3)の前記全層厚dの2%から15%、好ましくは7%から15%である
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記内層(6)の層厚は、前記管壁(3)の前記全層厚dの5%から20%、好ましくは7%から15%である
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項5から10のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記アウター層(7)は、層厚が前記接着促進層(5)よりも大きい
ことを特徴とするチューブ。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のチューブであって、
前記バリア層(8)は、層厚が前記内層(6)よりも大きい
ことを特徴とするチューブ。
