Description
Claims (15)
- 薬剤送達装置用のカートリッジ・ピストンロッドのサブアセンブリ(150)を組み立てる方法であって、
(i)軸方向に変位可能なピストンを有するカートリッジ(130)であって、前記ピストンが近位に面する自由表面を備えるカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジが配置されるカートリッジホルダ(120)と、
前記ピストンの近位に配置され、ねじ穴を備えるナット部分(140)と、を備えるアセンブリを提供するステップと、
(ii)少なくとも1つの外側駆動構造(102)、および遠位端(103)を備えるねじ山付きピストンロッド(100)を提供するステップと、
(iii)少なくとも1つの内側駆動構造(111)を備える駆動部材(110)を提供するステップであって、前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造の数および円周方向の間隔によって、前記ピストンロッドおよび前記駆動部材が軸方向には摺動し、回転方向にはロック係合される、少なくとも3つの異なる回転位置で、前記ピストンロッドを前記駆動部材において軸方向に受けることを可能にし、前記駆動部材が前記カートリッジホルダに対して少なくとも1つの所定の回転位置を有する、ステップと、
(iv)前記ピストンロッド(100)を前記ナット部分の前記ねじ穴(144)に挿入し、前記ピストンロッドの前記遠位端(103)が直接的または間接的にカートリッジピストンに係合するまで前記ピストンロッドを回転させるステップと、
(v)所定の回転位置に最も近い回転位置にある前記ピストンロッド(100)上に前記駆動部材(110)を取り付けるステップと、
(vi)前記駆動部材(110)を前記所定の回転位置に回転させるステップと、を含む方法。 - ステップ(iv)において、前記駆動部材(110)を所定の回転位置に回転させたときに、前記ピストンロッド(100)をさらに前進させるように前記駆動部材(110)を回転させる、請求項1に記載の組み立てる方法。
- ステップ(iv)において、前記駆動部材(110)を所定の回転位置に回転させたときに、前記ピストンロッド(100)を格納するよう前記駆動部材(110)を回転させる、請求項1に記載の組み立てる方法。
- ステップ(vi)において、前記駆動部材(110)が、前記駆動部材が前記カートリッジホルダに対して自由に回転可能な第1の軸方向位置と、前記駆動部材が前記カートリッジホルダに対して回転ロックされる第2の軸方向位置を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てる方法。
- 前記回転ロックが、前記駆動部材と前記ナット部分との間に配置された一方向ラチェット(113、143)によって提供され、前記ナット部分に対する前記駆動部材の第1の方向への回転を防止し、力の一定限度を超えた場合に反対方向への回転を可能にする、請求項4に記載の組み立てる方法。
- (a)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも3つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも1つの内側駆動構造(111)を備えるか、
(b)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも1つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも3つの内側駆動構造(111)を備えるか、または
(c)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも3つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも3つの内側駆動構造(111)を備え、かつ
(d)前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造のいずれか、または前記外側駆動構造と前記内側駆動構造の両方が、長軸方向の構成を有する、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組み立てる方法。 - 薬剤送達装置であって、
軸方向を画定する円筒形の本体部分、出口部分、および軸方向に変位可能なピストンを備えるカートリッジ(130)と、
ハウジングと、
吐出配置であって、
カートリッジピストンに直接的または間接的に係合して遠位へ軸方向に変位させるように適合され、それによって前記カートリッジから薬剤の用量を吐出するピストンロッド(100)であって、
外側ねじ山(102)と、
少なくとも1つの外側駆動構造(101)と、を備えるピストンロッドと、
前記ハウジングに回転できないように結合され、ねじ係合する前記ピストンロッドを受けるねじ穴(144)を備える、ナット部分(140)と、
前記ピストンロッドが配置される駆動部材(110)であって、少なくとも1つの内側駆動構造(111)を備え、前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造の数および円周方向の間隔によって、前記ピストンロッドおよび前記駆動部材が軸方向には摺動し、回転方向にはロック係合される、少なくとも3つの異なる回転位置に、前記ピストンロッドを取り付けることを可能にする、駆動部材と、
ユーザーが、前記駆動部材を回転させることによって、前記ピストンロッドを回転させ前記ナット部分を通して軸方向に移動させ、前記カートリッジから薬剤の量を吐出させることを可能にする駆動配置と、を備える吐出配置と、を備える薬剤送達装置。 - 前記吐出配置が、
初期位置から設定用量に対応する設定位置まで回転可能な用量設定部材と、
前記設定用量に応じて前記駆動部材を回転させるための作動可能な作動部材と、をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 前記作動部材が、用量設定中に初期位置から前記設定用量に対応する設定位置へと近位に移動され、
前記作動部材が、前記設定位置から前記初期位置への軸方向の移動によって作動可能である、
請求項8に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 前記吐出配置が、
用量設定中に前記設定用量に応じて変形される駆動ばねをさらに備え、
前記駆動ばねが、前記作動部材が作動されるときに解放されて、前記設定用量に応じて前記駆動部材を回転させる、請求項8に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造が対応するスプライン構造の形態である、請求項7~10のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造が、対応する主に平面の形態である、請求項7~10のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- 一方向ラチェットが、前記駆動部材と前記ナット部分との間に配置されて前記ナット部分に対する前記駆動部材の第1の方向への回転を防止し、力の一定限度を超えた場合に反対方向への回転を可能にする、請求項7~12のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。
- (a)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも3つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも1つの内側駆動構造(111)を備えるか、
(b)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも1つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも3つの内側駆動構造(111)を備えるか、または
(c)前記ピストンロッド(100)が、少なくとも3つの外側駆動構造(102)を備え、前記駆動部材(110)が少なくとも3つの内側駆動構造(111)を備え、かつ
(d)前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造のいずれか、または前記外側駆動構造と前記内側駆動構造の両方が、長軸方向の構成を有する、
請求項7~13のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達装置。 - 薬剤送達装置用のカートリッジ・ピストンロッドのサブアセンブリ(150)であって、
軸方向に変位可能なピストンを有するカートリッジ(130)であって、前記ピストンが近位に面する自由表面を備えるカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジが配置されるカートリッジホルダ(120)と、
前記カートリッジホルダに回転できないように結合され、ねじ係合で前記ピストンロッドを受けるように適合されたねじ穴(144)を備える、ナット部分(140)と、
前記ねじ穴で受けられ、カートリッジピストンに直接的または間接的に係合して遠位へ軸方向に変位させるように適合され、それによって、前記カートリッジから薬剤の用量を吐出するピストンロッド(100)であって、
外側ねじ山(102)と、
少なくとも1つの外側駆動構造(101)と、を備えるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドが配置される駆動部材(110)であって、少なくとも1つの内側駆動構造(111)を備え、前記外側駆動構造および前記内側駆動構造の数および円周方向の間隔によって、前記ピストンロッドおよび前記駆動部材が軸方向には摺動し、回転方向にはロック係合される少なくとも3つの異なる回転位置に、前記ピストンロッドを取り付けることを可能にする、駆動部材と、を備えるサブアセンブリ。
