Description
a)工場の濃縮非凝縮性ガス(CNCG)システムからのガスが、二酸化硫黄(SO2)を含むガスを形成するために焼却され、処理されて濃硫酸を生成すること、及び
b)工場プロセスからの生メタノールを精製してメタノールを製造すること、及び
c)工場プロセスで製造されたナトリウム化合物および/または硫黄化合物を含むサイドストリームが、補給化学物質として使用されること、
を少なくとも含み、
しかも、二酸化塩素の製造が、硫酸濃度が94~99%、好ましくは95~98%であるように、工程a)で製造された硫酸と工程b)で精製されたメタノールを使用し、そして、工程c)では、二酸化塩素の製造の間に製造された硫酸ナトリウムまたはセスキ硫酸塩が使用される。
Claims (6)
- 二酸化塩素で漂白されたパルプを少なくとも製造し、少なくとも塩素酸塩、メタノールおよび硫酸を使用して二酸化塩素を製造する二酸化塩素プラントを有する、硫酸塩パルプ工場で化学バランスを制御する方法であって、下記の工程:
a)工場の濃縮非凝縮性ガスシステムからのガスが、二酸化硫黄を含むガスを形成するために焼却され、処理されて濃硫酸を生成すること、及び
b)工場プロセスからの生メタノールを精製してメタノールを製造すること、及び
c)工場プロセスで製造されたナトリウム化合物および/または硫黄化合物を含むサイドストリームが、補給化学物質として使用されること、
を少なくとも含み、
しかも、二酸化塩素の製造が、硫酸濃度が94~99%、好ましくは95~98%であるように、工程a)で製造された硫酸と工程b)で精製されたメタノールを使用し、そして、工程c)では、二酸化塩素の製造の間に製造された硫酸ナトリウムまたはセスキ硫酸塩が使用される、前記の方法。 - 工程a)で製造された硫酸が、以下のプロセス:トール油製造、黒液からのリグニン回収、パルプ漂白、工場の化学回収プロセスにおけるpH調整、微結晶セルロースの製造、の少なくとも1つでも使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が、以下のサイドストリーム:回収ボイラーからの灰、二酸化塩素製造からのセスキ硫酸塩または硫酸ナトリウム、二酸化塩素プラントからの廃酸、パルプ漂白プラントからのアルカリろ液、の少なくとも1つをも使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程a)で製造される硫酸および工程b)で製造されるメタノールが、二酸化塩素製造中のこれらの化学物質の必要性の少なくとも70%、好ましくは80%を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。
- 亜酸化窒素の排出を低減するために、工程b)で製造された精製メタノールが窒素を含まない燃料としても使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、二酸化硫黄を三酸化硫黄に酸化して、それを、ガスに含まれる水蒸気中に凝縮して、濃硫酸を生成するために、二酸化硫黄を含むガスが、酸素および触媒の存在下で処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
