Description
Claims (8)
- 3D印刷によって反射器を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、3D印刷可能材料のフィラメントを提供するステップと、印刷段階の間に前記3D印刷可能材料を印刷して、3D印刷された材料を含む反射器を提供するステップとを含み、前記3D印刷可能材料が粒子を更に含み、前記粒子がガラス及び雲母のうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子がコーティングを有し、前記コーティングが金属コーティング及び金属酸化物コーティングのうちの1つ以上を含み、前記粒子が、10μm~2mmの範囲から選択される最長寸法長を有する最長寸法を有し、前記粒子が、少なくとも10のアスペクト比を有し、前記コーティングが光反射材料を含み、前記3D印刷可能材料が、光に対して透明なポリマー材料を含む、方法。
- 前記粒子がフレーク状であり、20μm~1mmの範囲から選択される最長寸法長、及び少なくとも20のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、雲母フレーク及びガラスフレークのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、前記3D印刷可能材料の総重量に対して、最大40重量%の前記粒子を含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、前記3D印刷可能材料の総重量に対して、1~5重量%の範囲の前記粒子を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上のコポリマー、のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、銀又はアルミニウムでコーティングされた雲母又はガラスの粒子を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記印刷段階の間に、前記3D印刷可能材料を基材上に印刷するステップを含み、前記基材は、湾曲面、ファセット面、及び互いに対して角度をなすように構成された面、のうちの1つ以上を有する反射器の形状を有する、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
