Description
図1は、本実施形態のバスバー接合体10の外観斜視図であり、同図(A)および同図(B)はバスバー11の形状が異なる例を示す図であり、同図(C)が同図(A)、同図(B)のX-X線断面図である。本実実施形態のバスバー接合体10は、第一の金属部材13からなるバスバー11と、第二の金属部材14からなる接合部材12を備えている。
図5および図6を参照して、本実施形態のバスバー接合体10の製造方法について説明する。図5はバスバー11の一方のバスバー端部11Eに接合部材(端子)12を接続してバスバー接合体10を製造する工程を説明する図である。同図(A)が平面図、同図(B)が同図(A)を図示の下方から見た側面図、同図(C)および同図(D)が平面図、同図(E)及び同図(F)が同図(D)を図示の下方向から見た側面図である。

Claims (5)
- 第一の金属部材からなるバスバーの端部に第二の金属部材からなる接合部材を押圧により接続するバスバー接合体の製造方法であって、
前記第一の金属部材は、前記バスバーとして機能する領域と、押圧方向に沿う直線領域とを含み、
前記バスバーとして機能する領域は少なくとも帯長手方向の延在方向を変化させる方向変換部を含み、
前記接合部材は所定の機能を有する部品であって押圧方向に沿う直線領域を有し、
それぞれの前記直線領域は押圧長さより長く、それぞれの前記直線領域における端面同士を突合せて冷間圧接により前記押圧長さの分、短縮し、前記方向変換部を除く領域に接合部を形成する、
ことを特徴とするバスバー接合体の製造方法。 - 前記第一の金属部材と前記第二の金属部材は異種の金属部材である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー接合体の製造方法。 - 前記接合部を形成後、圧接により生じたバリを除去する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバー接合体の製造方法。 - 前記接合部材は、端子である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のバスバー接合体の製造方法。 - 前記接合部材は、他のバスバーである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のバスバー接合体の製造方法。
