Description
Claims (3)
- 液体を貯留するバレルと、
前記バレルに先端が挿入されたプランジャと、
前記プランジャの先端に取付けられたガスケットと、
液体を噴出するための噴出孔が設けられるとともに、前記バレルの先端に接続されたノズルと、
前記バレルと前記ノズルとの間に介在する環状のパッキンと、
少なくともその一部が前記ノズルの内部に配置され、前記ノズルとの間で液体の流路を規定する中込とを備え、
前記バレルの先端には、前記ノズルが接続された筒状の接続部が設けられ、
前記ノズルは、前記接続部の先端面に対向する第1対向面を有する環状の第1対向壁部と、前記接続部の外周面に対向する第2対向面を有する筒状の第2対向壁部とを含み、
前記パッキンは、前記接続部の先端面と前記第1対向面との間に配置され、
前記接続部の外周面には、前記接続部の周方向に沿って延びる環状凹部が設けられ、
前記第2対向面には、前記第2対向壁部の周方向に沿って延びるとともに前記第2対向壁部の径方向内側に向けて突出した第1環状突部が設けられ、
前記環状凹部に前記第1環状突部が係合することにより、前記パッキンが、前記接続部の先端面と前記第1対向面とによって挟み込まれることで軸方向に圧縮され、
前記第1環状突部が設けられた部分よりも前記ノズルの後端側に位置する部分の前記第2対向面には、前記第2対向壁部の周方向に沿って延びるとともに前記第2対向壁部の径方向内側に向けて突出した第2環状突部が設けられ、
前記第2環状突部が、前記接続部の周方向の全域において前記接続部の外周面に押圧されることで変形して当該外周面に圧接触し、前記環状凹部に対する前記第1環状突部の係合と、前記接続部の外周面に対する前記第2環状突部の圧接触とにより、前記ノズルが前記バレルに固定されている、シリンジ型噴出装置。 - 前記第1対向面に対向する前記パッキンの環状の第1主面には、前記パッキンの周方向に沿って延びる突条形状の第1リップ部が設けられ、
前記接続部の先端面に対向する前記パッキンの環状の第2主面には、前記パッキンの周方向に沿って延びる突条形状の第2リップ部が設けられ、
前記接続部の先端面と前記第1対向面とによって前記パッキンが挟み込まれることにより、前記第1リップ部および前記第2リップ部が、いずれも押し潰されている、請求項1に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。 - 前記中込が、前記パッキンに挿通しているとともに、前記接続部の内部に挿入されている、請求項1または2に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
