Description

米国特許出願公開第2012/298552号は、ディレードコーキング装置内で原油をすべて熱分解させるディレードコーキングプロセスに関し、原油供給流はすべて、炉内で480℃~530℃の範囲のコーキング温度に加熱される。
米国特許出願公開第2010/025221号は、蒸留プロセスを含む、原油を5つの生成物流に分離するステップに関し、これによって、原油と同様の混合物とを分離するエネルギーの消費量が低減される。
Claims (3)
- 第1産業プラントで稼働する原油塔および減圧塔への流れの加熱方法であって、
原油予熱器で原油を予熱し、
前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油と、水蒸気分解装置充填ガス、プロパン脱水素化充填ガスおよびブタン脱水素化充填ガスの群から選択される、前記第1産業プラントから分離された第2産業プラントで稼働する装置による石油化学プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れとを第1熱交換器に送り、前記第1熱交換器内で前記石油化学プロセスからの流れの熱を前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油に伝達して加熱流を生成し、当該加熱流を原油加熱炉に送り、
前記加熱流を前記原油加熱炉でさらに加熱して前記原油塔に送り、
前記原油塔の底部流と、前記石油化学プロセスからの1つまたは複数の流れとを第2熱交換器に送り、前記第2熱交換器内で前記石油化学プロセスからの流れの熱を前記底部流に伝達して前記底部流を加熱し、加熱した前記底部流を前記減圧塔に送ることを含み、
前記第1熱交換器における熱交換の前において、石油化学プロセスからの流れの温度は、前記原油予熱器で予熱された原油の温度より高く、
前記原油塔への流れが前記第1熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱が伝達されることによって加熱され、前記原油加熱炉内でさらに加熱されて、加熱された前記原油塔への流れが得られ、
前記減圧塔への流れである前記底部流が前記第2熱交換器内で前記水蒸気分解装置充填ガスからの熱を伝達されることによって加熱されて、加熱された前記減圧塔への流れが得られることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1熱交換器の入口での温度は、前記第1熱交換器の出口での温度より少なくとも10℃高い請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記石油化学プロセスからの流れの温度は、350~600℃の範囲にある請求項1または2に記載の方法。
