Claims (4)
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に積層した積層体と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層体上に載置される樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続される電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板に固定された前記電気回路用のコネクタと、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板および前記コネクタを支持し、前記樹脂プレートに固定される基板とを備え、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記基板および前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記凸部の付根部に位置する前記樹脂プレートに曲線状の輪郭を含む溝部が形成され、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板を覆うように前記樹脂プレート上に設けられるカバー部材をさらに備え、
前記カバー部材は、前記樹脂プレート上の前記フレキシブルプリント基板に向けて突出し、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に当接する筒状突起を有し、
前記凸部は、前記筒状突起の内周に収納される、蓄電モジュール。 - 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に積層した積層体と、
前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層体上に載置される樹脂プレートと、
前記樹脂プレート上に載置され、前記複数の蓄電セルと電気的に接続される電気回路を有するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板に固定された前記電気回路用のコネクタと、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板および前記コネクタを支持し、前記樹脂プレートに固定される基板とを備え、
前記樹脂プレートは、前記基板および前記フレキシブルプリント基板を貫通する凸部を含み、
前記凸部の付根部に位置する前記樹脂プレートに曲線状の輪郭を含む溝部が形成され、 前記凸部の外周部に設けられ、前記フレキシブルプリント基板を前記樹脂プレートに固定する固定部材をさらに備えた、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記樹脂プレートと前記基板とを互いに係合させる係合部をさらに備えた、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂プレートは突起を有し、前記基板は孔部を有し、前記突起と前記孔部とにより前記係合部が形成される、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
