以上、本発明の一例として実施の形態が説明されたが、上記実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。
図7は、変形例1の制御装置20’の概略構成図である。
条件決定部80は、複数の所要時間に基づいて逆回転時間Trbを決定してもよい。または、条件決定部80は、複数の所要逆回転量に基づいて逆回転量Rrbを決定してもよい。複数の所要時間は、所定の逆回転速度Vrbおよび所定の逆回転加速度Arbに基づく逆回転を複数サイクルにわたって繰り返すことで得られる。複数の所要逆回転量についても同様である。
上記の実施の形態および各変形例は、矛盾の生じない範囲で適宜組み合わされてもよい。
上記実施の形態および変形例から把握しうる発明について、以下に記載する。

Claims (8)
- 樹脂を入れるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内で進退および回転するスクリュと、を備え、前記スクリュを順回転させながら所定の計量位置まで後退させることで前記シリンダ内の前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量する射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記樹脂の圧力を取得する圧力取得部と、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してからの経過時間または前記スクリュの回転量を計測する計測部と、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから予め決められた逆回転時間または予め決められた逆回転量に基づいて前記スクリュを逆回転させることで前記樹脂の圧力を下げ、前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量が決まっていない場合には前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量を決めるために前記スクリュを逆回転させる逆回転制御部と、
前記逆回転時間が決まっていない場合に前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記樹脂の圧力が予め決められた目標圧力に下がるまでの所要時間に基づいて前記逆回転時間を決定する、または前記逆回転量が決まっていない場合に前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に下がるまでの所要逆回転量に基づいて前記逆回転量を決定する条件決定部と、

前記逆回転制御部は、前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量が決まっている場合と決まっていない場合とのいずれにおいても所定の逆回転速度または所定の逆回転加速度に基づいて前記スクリュを逆回転させる、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、

前記条件決定部は、前記記憶部が記憶した複数の前記所要時間のうちから前記射出成形機が所定の運転状態のときに計測された前記所要時間を除いて前記逆回転時間を求め、または前記記憶部が記憶した複数の前記所要逆回転量のうちから前記射出成形機が前記所定の運転状態のときに計測された前記所要逆回転量を除いて前記逆回転量を求める、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
オペレータが前記目標圧力を指示するための操作部をさらに備え、
前記条件決定部は、前記操作部により指示された前記目標圧力に基づいて前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量を決定する、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機の制御装置であって、
前記条件決定部が決定した前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量と、前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量に基づく前記スクリュの逆回転が停止した時点で前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に到達していない場合におけるその旨と、のうちの少なくとも1つを報知する報知部をさらに備える、射出成形機の制御装置。 - 樹脂を入れるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内で進退および回転するスクリュと、を備え、前記スクリュを順回転させながら所定の計量位置まで後退させることで前記シリンダ内の前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量する射出成形機の制御方法であって、
前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから予め決められた逆回転時間または予め決められた逆回転量に基づいて前記スクリュを逆回転させることで前記樹脂の圧力を下げ、前記逆回転時間または前記逆回転量が決まっていない場合には前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記樹脂の圧力と経過時間または前記スクリュの回転量とを計測しつつ所定の逆回転速度または所定の逆回転加速度に基づいて前記スクリュを逆回転させる逆回転ステップと、
前記逆回転時間が決まっていない場合に前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記樹脂の圧力が予め決められた目標圧力に下がるまでの所要時間に基づいて前記逆回転時間を決定する、または前記逆回転量が決まっていない場合に前記スクリュが前記所定の計量位置に到達してから前記樹脂の圧力が前記目標圧力に下がるまでの所要逆回転量に基づいて前記逆回転量を決定する条件決定ステップと、
を含む、射出成形機の制御方法。
