図1は、実施の形態に係る空気調和装置100の構成の一例を示す概略図である。図2は、図1の液面検知装置30の構造を模式的に示す断面図である。なお、図2では、制御装置50は図示省略されている。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機の吸入側に設けられ、冷媒を溜める縦置き型のアキュムレータと、
前記アキュムレータを加熱する加熱ヒータと、
前記アキュムレータの上部に設けられ、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒を前記圧縮機に供給する流出管と、
前記流出管の入口よりも下側に設けられ、前記アキュムレータの表面温度を検知する温度検知装置と、
前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒圧力を検知する圧力検知装置と、
前記加熱ヒータを加熱させた際に、前記温度検知装置で検知された前記アキュムレータの表面温度、および、前記圧力検知装置で検知された前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒圧力に基づき、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置を検知する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記圧力検知装置が検知した冷媒圧力から冷媒の飽和温度を算出し、前記温度検知装置が検知した表面温度から、算出した前記飽和温度を減算して、温度差を算出する温度差演算部と、
前記温度差演算部が算出した前記温度差とあらかじめ設定された閾値との比較結果に基づいて、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置を判定する液面高さ判定部と、
前記液面高さ判定部が判定した前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置に基づいて、前記圧縮機の周波数を決定する周波数制御部と、を備え、
前記周波数制御部は、
前記液面高さ判定部が判定した前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置が、
前記温度検知装置が設けられている位置よりも下側の位置である場合は、第1周波数の周波数制御信号を前記圧縮機に供給し、
前記温度検知装置が設けられている位置以上の位置である場合は、前記第1周波数よりも高い第2周波数の周波数制御信号を前記圧縮機に供給する
液面検知装置。 - 圧縮機の吸入側に設けられ、冷媒を溜める縦置き型のアキュムレータと、
前記アキュムレータを加熱する加熱ヒータと、
前記アキュムレータの上部に設けられ、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒を前記圧縮機に供給する流出管と、
前記流出管の入口よりも下側に設けられ、前記アキュムレータの表面温度を検知する温度検知装置と、
前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒圧力を検知する圧力検知装置と、
前記加熱ヒータを加熱させた際に、前記温度検知装置で検知された前記アキュムレータの表面温度、および、前記圧力検知装置で検知された前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒圧力に基づき、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置を検知する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記圧力検知装置が検知した冷媒圧力から冷媒の飽和温度を算出し、算出した前記飽和温度にあらかじめ設定された閾値を加算して、温度和を算出する温度差演算部と、
前記温度差演算部が算出した前記温度和と前記温度検知装置が検知した表面温度との比較結果に基づいて、前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置を判定する液面高さ判定部と、
前記液面高さ判定部が判定した前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置に基づいて、前記圧縮機の周波数を決定する周波数制御部と、を備え、
前記周波数制御部は、
前記液面高さ判定部が判定した前記アキュムレータ内の冷媒の液面の位置が、
前記温度検知装置が設けられている位置よりも下側の位置である場合は、第1周波数の周波数制御信号を前記圧縮機に供給し、
前記温度検知装置が設けられている位置以上の位置である場合は、前記第1周波数よりも高い第2周波数の周波数制御信号を前記圧縮機に供給する
液面検知装置。 - 前記圧力検知装置が検知した冷媒圧力から冷媒の飽和温度を算出する際に用いられる情報、および、前記閾値が記憶されている記憶部を備えた
請求項1または2に記載の液面検知装置。 - 前記圧縮機と、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の液面検知装置と、を備えた
空気調和装置。
