はじめに被験者の上肢の筋(a手指屈筋群、b上腕二頭筋、c三角筋前部、d三角筋後部、e手指伸筋群)に表面電極を貼付した。筋電計測は8チャンネル(S&ME社製)を用い、サンプリング周波数は1,000Hzで行った。
被験者の右頬にアイライナー10mgを塗布し1分間ドライヤーで乾燥させた。各クレンジングシートで右頬のアイライナーを落とす作業を行い、その際の上肢の筋(a~e)の筋活動量を解析ソフト(TRIASII(DKH社製)を用いて解析し、筋活動量(二乗平均平方根)を求めた。
また、予め被験者の示指(人差し指)に振動計(ゆびレコーダー(テック技販社製))を装着した。振動測定のサンプリング周波数は1,000Hzとした。解析ソフトはTRIASIIを用い、各サンプル使用時の中央周波数値(振動周波数のパワースペクトルの中央値)を求めた。

In addition, a vibrometer (Yubi Recorder (manufactured by Tech Gihan Co., Ltd.)) was attached in advance to the index finger (index finger) of the subject. The sampling frequency for vibration measurement was 1,000 Hz. TRIAS II was used as analysis software, and the median frequency value (median value of the power spectrum of the vibration frequency) when each sample was used was obtained.

各サンプル使用後、VAS法を用いて3項目(クレンジングシートの使用感、メイクの落としやすさ、クレンジングシートシートの総合評価)を評価した。
評価基準は、長さ10cmの線の左端を悪い、右端を良いとした。
