Description
Claims (5)
- 電力が供給されることによってエアロゾル生成物質を加熱してエアロゾルを生成するヒータと、
前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御する制御部と、
前記ヒータの温度を推定するために設けられ、前記電力が供給されることによって前記ヒータに流れる電流を前記ヒータから前記制御部にフィードバックするフィードバック回路と、を含み、
前記ヒータの設計または製造時に設定される既設定の前記ヒータの抵抗及び前記ヒータに供給された電力に基づいた計算によって前記ヒータに供給されると予想される供給電流と、前記フィードバック回路によってフィードバックされるフィードバック電流の間の差を計算し、
前記ヒータの温度上昇によって前記ヒータの抵抗が変化することで発生した、前記供給電流と前記フィードバック電流との前記差に基づいて、前記ヒータの温度を推定し、
前記推定された温度により前記ヒータに供給される前記電力を制御する、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記供給電流と前記フィードバック電流との差と、前記ヒータの温度との関係をルックアップテーブルの形態に保存するメモリをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記ルックアップテーブルにアクセスし、前記供給電流と前記フィードバックされた電流との差に対応する温度を識別し、前記識別された温度に基づいて、前記ヒータの温度を推定する、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - ヒータに電力を供給する段階と、
前記ヒータの温度を推定するために、前記ヒータに前記電力が供給されることによって前記ヒータからフィードバックされるフィードバック電流を獲得する段階と、
前記ヒータの設計または製造時に設定される既設定の前記ヒータの抵抗及び前記ヒータに供給された電力に基づいた計算によって前記ヒータに供給されると予想される供給電流と、前記フィードバック電流を比較する段階と、
前記比較の結果に基づいて、前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御する段階と、を含み、
前記供給電流と、前記フィードバック電流を比較する段階は、
前記ヒータの温度上昇によって前記ヒータの抵抗が変化することで発生した、前記供給電流と前記フィードバック電流との差を計算する段階を含み、
前記ヒータに供給される電力を制御する段階は、
前記差に基づいて前記ヒータの温度を推定する段階と、
前記推定された温度により前記ヒータに供給される前記電力を制御する段階と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置の動作方法。 - 前記ヒータの温度を推定する段階は、
前記供給電流と前記フィードバック電流との差と、前記ヒータの温度との関係を示す既保存のルックアップテーブルにアクセスする段階と、
前記供給電流と前記フィードバック電流との差に対応する温度を識別する段階と、
前記識別された温度に基づいて、前記ヒータの温度を推定する段階と、を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
