Description
特定の態様によれば、判定部は、スピンドルに対するボビン挿入処理のタイミングで不正ドッフィングの有無を判定する。
特定の態様によれば、糸切れ検出部は光学式センサを備える。
実施の形態1.
図1に、この発明の実施の形態1に係る、リング精紡機の不正ドッフィング検出装置を含む構成の例を示す。不正ドッフィング検出装置は、1台以上のリング精紡機10に関連して設けられる。なお、リング精紡機10は図示のように複数台が整列して配置されていると好適であるが、1台のみであっても、または整列されていなくとも、本発明は実施可能である。
図5は、ドッフィング処理のうち管糸抜き取り処理時の判定について説明する図である。このタイミングでの不正ドッフィング判定は、管糸抜き取り失敗判定である。
図5(a)は、管糸抜き取り処理の開始前の状態を示す。糸切れセンサ12の視野に管糸70の一部が存在しており、糸切れセンサ12はこの状態を検出して信号を出力する。判定部21はこの信号を受信し、管糸70が視野内に存在していることを認識する。
図6(a)は、ボビン挿入処理の開始前の状態を示す。糸切れセンサ12の視野にはボビン60は存在しておらず、糸切れセンサ12はこの状態を検出して信号を出力する。判定部21はこの信号を受信し、ボビン60が視野内に存在していないことを認識する。
実施の形態1では糸切れセンサ12は光学式のセンサを備えるが、糸切れセンサ12の具体的構成は当業者が適宜設計可能である。たとえば磁気式のセンサを備えてもよく、その場合には、尻金60aが存在しているか否かに基づいて不正ドッフィングを判定してもよい。磁気式の糸切れセンサの例は、特開2014-169511号公報に記載される。
Claims (3)
- リング精紡機の不正ドッフィング検出装置であって、
錘毎に設けられ、糸又はトラベラを検出すると共に、管糸又はボビンの少なくとも一部を検出範囲に含む糸切れ検出部としての光学式センサと、
前記管糸を抜き取り、その後に、前記ボビンを挿入するドッフィング期間内における前記光学式センサの信号変動から前記管糸又は前記ボビンの前記検出範囲内における存在状態を認識し、前記管糸又は前記ボビンの前記存在状態に基づき不正ドッフィングの有無を錘毎に判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により不正ドッフィングが発生したと判定された錘の位置を出力する出力部と
を備える装置。 - 前記判定部は、スピンドルに対する管糸抜き取り処理のタイミングで不正ドッフィングの有無を判定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記判定部は、スピンドルに対するボビン挿入処理のタイミングで不正ドッフィングの有無を判定する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
