Description

Claims (14)
- 血管閉塞を緩和するためのカテーテルシステムであって、前記カテーテルシステムは、
アウターカテーテルであって、前記アウターカテーテルは、近位部分、遠位部分、中心ルーメン、前記アウターカテーテルの側壁を通じる穿孔を備える穿孔領域、および1つ以上の膨張可能バルーンを有し、前記1つ以上の膨張可能バルーンは、前記アウターカテーテル上に配置され、かつ前記遠位部分に配置された第1膨張可能バルーンを備え、前記穿孔領域は、前記第1膨張可能バルーンと前記近位部分との間にある、アウターカテーテルと、
近位開口端および遠位開口端を伴うバイパスルーメンを有する第1バイパスカテーテルであって、前記第1バイパスカテーテルはスライド可能に前記アウターカテーテル内に配置され、前記第1バイパスカテーテルは、前記アウターカテーテルの遠位部分を通じてそこを越え、さらに血管内に位置する閉塞を通じて延びるように構成され、かつ前記遠位開口端を通じて流体を送るように構成される、第1バイパスカテーテルと、
前記1つ以上の膨張可能バルーンを膨張させるように構成された膨張ルーメンと、
前記穿孔領域の穿孔を介して吸引するべく、前記アウターカテーテルの中心ルーメン内に陰圧を付与するための第1ポンピング手段と、
前記近位開口端にて前記第1バイパスカテーテル内に、さらに前記第1バイパスカテーテルを通じて完全に前記近位開口端から前記遠位開口端に向かってかつそこを通じて外に、血栓溶解薬または他の流体をポンピングするための第2ポンピング手段と、
を備える、カテーテルシステム。 - 前記第1ポンピング手段は陰圧ポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1ポンピング手段は、前記陰圧を付与するように構成されるシリンジを備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1ポンピング手段は流量制御バルブを備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記陰圧は、前記アウターカテーテルの穿孔領域を通じて血餅破片の少なくとも一部を吸引する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記陰圧は、血餅破片の少なくとも一部が前記アウターカテーテルの表面に付着するのを助ける、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記アウターカテーテルの穿孔領域の両側に位置するX線撮影用マーカーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1バイパスカテーテルはマイクロカテーテルである、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の膨張可能バルーンは、膨張されるときに血流を遮断する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記膨張ルーメンは、前記アウターカテーテルの周縁に配置される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記閉塞の部位にて前記穿孔領域の穿孔を通じて流体をポンピングするように構成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記カテーテルシステムは第2バイパスカテーテルを備え、前記第2バイパスカテーテルは中心ルーメンおよび遠位開口端を備え、前記第2バイパスカテーテルは、前記遠位開口端を通じて流体を送ることができ、かつスライド可能に前記アウターカテーテル内に配置される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第2バイパスカテーテルは、前記閉塞を通じかつそこを超えて延びるように構成される、請求項12に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の膨張可能バルーンは、前記近位部分に配置された第2膨張可能バルーンをさらに備え、前記穿孔領域は、前記第1膨張可能バルーンと前記第2膨張可能バルーンとの間にある、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
