Description
Claims (14)
- 薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)であって:
薬剤リザーバ(12)から薬剤を受けるように構成される薬剤受容要素(14)と;
該薬剤受容要素(14)の方に流体蒸気を導くように構成された流体出口(29b)を有する少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)と;
該少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)内の流体を加熱するための加熱要素(30)と;
を含み、
該デバイス(10)は、使用のとき、加熱要素(30)が、少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)内の流体を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させるように流体を加熱し、閾値に達するまで少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)内の蒸気圧が上昇し、それによって流体が自動的に少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)から流体出口(29b)を通って薬剤受容要素(14)の方へと排出され、薬剤受容要素(14)の中を通過して、患者の皮膚の方に向けて薬剤を同伴するように、構成され、

- 薬剤受容要素(14)は、分配篩(32)を含み、該分配篩は、使用のとき薬剤が、該分配篩(32)の中を、少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)の流体出口(29b)から排出された流体内に同伴されて患者の皮膚の方へと通過するように、配置される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10)。
- 薬剤受容要素(14)は、薬剤を受けるように構成されたチャンバ(36)を含み、該チャンバ(36)は、薬剤を該チャンバ(36)から患者に送達するための送達部分(34)を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(110)。
- 複数の流体チャンバ(16)を含む、
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。 - 薬剤のカートリッジを含む、

請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。 - 薬剤送達デバイス(10)は、インスリン送達デバイスである、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。
- プロセッサ(18)が患者へのインスリン送達を制御するように、プロセッサ(18)に患者の血糖に関するデータを送るように構成された血糖センサを含む、請求項10または11に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。
- 薬剤受容要素(14)は、ガス透過性である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。
- 薬剤が薬剤受容要素(14)へと輸送され、その後に加熱要素(30)が少なくとも1つの流体チャンバ(16)内の流体を加熱して該流体を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させるように構成された、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10、110)。
