Claims (19)

前記第1の層の反対側で前記ベント膜に結合され、第2のスロットを有する第2の層であって、前記第2のスロットは、前記ベント膜が前記第1のスロットと前記第2のスロットとの間に配置されるように前記第1の層の前記第1のスロットと少なくとも部分的に整列している、該第2の層とを含むことを特徴とする気体抽出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の気体抽出装置であって、
前記第1のスロット及び前記第2のスロットは、少なくとも部分的に円弧状であることを特徴とする気体抽出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の気体抽出装置であって、

前記第1の層の反対側で前記ベント膜に結合され、第2のスロットを有する第2の層であって、前記第2のスロットは、前記第1の層の前記第1の入口開口部及び前記ベント膜の前記入口開口部と流体連通され、かつ前記第2のスロットは、前記ベント膜が前記第1の円弧状スロットと前記第2のスロットとの間に配置されるように前記第1の層の前記第1の円弧状スロットと少なくとも部分的に整列している、該第2の層と、
前記第1の層の反対側で前記第2の層に結合された不透過性膜であって、前記第2の層の前記第2のスロットと流体連通された開口部を有する、該不透過性膜とを含むことを特徴とする気体抽出装置。 - 請求項7に記載の気体抽出装置であって、
前記第2のスロットは、少なくとも部分的に円弧状であることを特徴とする気体抽出装置。 - 請求項8に記載の気体抽出装置であって、

前記第2のスロットは、前記第2の層の中心点からの第2の半径を中心とする第2の幅を有することを特徴とする流体送達装置。 - 請求項17に記載の流体送達装置であって、
前記第1の半径は、前記第2の半径と実質的に同一であることを特徴とする流体送達装置。 - 請求項16に記載の流体送達装置であって、
前記第2の層の反対側で前記不透過性膜に結合された第3の層をさらに含み、
前記第3の層は、第3のスロットを含み、
前記第3のスロットは、第3スロット第1端部及び第3スロット第2端部を有すること
